Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, who has largely been disgraced following major Medicare fraud uncovered in his state, is still trying to stay relevant as he blasted the president’s decision to deploy Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents to assist TSA at airports. He went even further, spreading additional fear by speculating that the administration could deploy ICE agents to polling places during the 2026 midterm elections. [Tweet, video] This is not normal. U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents aren't just saving our departure times at United Stats airports. They're also saving our children — and probably our backs and legs from having to stand in hours' long lines, but I digress.

FBI Director Kash Patel posted his announcement on X Thursday, March 26. “An IED was placed at MacDill Air Force Base - home to CENTCOM and U.S. Special Operations Command,” Patel explained. “A brother and sister have now been indicted.” One of the suspects is in a foreign and hostile country, however, so he cannot be arrested at present.

Timothy Michael Scouton, 65, of Nevis, Minnesota, the head election judge in rural Badoura Township, Hubbard County, admitted in court on Monday that he allowed 11 unregistered individuals to vote without meeting the most basic legal requirements.
Scouton was responsible for ensuring that all voting procedures complied with Minnesota law.

This story is wild. I’ll leave this here for y’all to comment below, but apparently, former National Counterterrorism Center head Joe Kent offered to testify in the trial of Charlie Kirk’s alleged assassin, Tyler Robinson, for the defense. Michael Shellenberger of Public wrote a post about these allegations, specifically that Kent felt the FBI didn’t properly investigate the crime, believed there was a “foreign nexus,” and yes, Israel was part of this crazy story, although Kent couldn’t provide anything conclusive. He also claimed he was blocked from investigating this matter further, which is reportedly bunk since his agency had no authority to analyze what had been collected
Florida Congresswoman Sheila Cherfilus-McCormick is in a heap of legal trouble. Last fall, she was indicted for allegedly stealing $5 million in FEMA funds, with court records showing that Cherfilus-McCormick and her brother, Edwin McCormick receiving the FEMA funds as part of a COVID-19 vaccination staffing contract in 2021. The $5 million was an overpayment of those FEMA funds, and the indictment alleges that the defendants conspired to steal it by routing it through multiple accounts.

It’s becoming increasingly obvious that, despite a 53-47 Republican majority, the U.S. Senate is a graveyard for President Trump’s agenda. This is largely the fault of Senate Majority Leader John Thune (R-S.D.), who has never been a strong supporter of the President. Despite this, most Republicans hoped that Thune would work to advance Trump’s priorities, particularly after his decisive 2024 victory provided the momentum for the GOP to retake the Senate. But Thune’s refusal to get the SAVE America Act passed and his surrender to the Democrats on DHS funding — without additional money for ICE or CPB — dashed any hope.
A Ventura County woman has died from a rattlesnake bite she suffered while hiking at Wildwood Regional Park, authorities said Wednesday.
The recent fatality marks the second rattlesnake-related death in California this month. Experts say record-breaking heat has made the snakes active earlier than usual.

We wonder if anyone has conducted a demographic survey of the people who showed up at the “No Kings” protests around the country, because we suspect the results would be an embarrassment.
We noticed as a rally marched down the main street in Pasadena, California, that the protesters were comprised almost entirely of white people who were predominantly middle-aged or older. (This is a city that is 40% black and Hispanic, according to the Census Bureau.)
So we looked at videos and pictures from protests in other cities around the country this past Saturday, and noticed

The Daily Caller publicized an Islamic housing development in Texas that was of grave concern to residents. The outlet got action, but it’s only a good start. The housing development was canceled for now, but it’s not the only problem. Texas, like Florida, New York, Utah, South Carolina, and North Carolina, is experiencing a similar threat.
Attorney General Ken Paxton wrote, In early February 2026, residents raised concerns about a foreign-based development company’s plan to purchase thousands of acres near Kaufman, Texas. The developers’ plan to create a “sustainable city” capable of housing as many as 20,000 foreign nationals alarmed the surrounding communities.
After official confirmation that Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.) did, in fact, commit immigration fraud, the Republic of Somaliland — which has good reason to be bitter at the crimes of Omar and her Somali family — offered to be the hammer of justice if the United States would extradite Omar there.
The tantalizing offer comes after Vice President JD Vance confirmed on Benny Johnson’s show what many of us have thought of Omar for a long time — there is, in fact, solid evidence that the radical Islamist member of Congress committed immigration fraud.
