Iranian weapon debris, blown to pieces or mechanically crippled, keeps dropping from the Middle East sky.For that, we can thank heat-seeking satellites, military-grade malware and radar-jamming software, all made in America. New technology laser weaponry has also been deployed against Iran as part of Operation Epic Fury,[snip] A US Navy destroyer vessel off the coast of the Middle East nation is fitted with the new weapon, which appears to be the High-Energy Laser with Integrated Optical Dazzler and Surveillance (HELIOS) system[snip]a state-of-the-art device with a steerable head, able to concentrate a “intense, tightly focused beam” of energy

During a House Judiciary Committee hearing on Wednesday, Rep. Steve Cohen (D-TN) told Angel Families who were present in the audience that he was “sorry,” but that Americans are more likely to be murdered by fellow Americans than illegal aliens. “For the folks that are here and your families, I’m sorry. It’s terrible what happened to your children and family members, but they are more likely, American citizens are more likely to be attacked by United States citizens who are not undocumented who came here and who were born here,” Cohen told Angel Families. “[Americans] are more likely to commit these crimes.”

President Trump is pushing back on arguments from former Fox News hosts Megyn Kelly and Tucker Carlson the president's so-called MAGA base does not support his recent air strikes on Iran, saying "MAGA is Trump." “I have to do what’s right, number one – and you can’t have Iran getting a nuclear weapon. That’s predominant to me,” Trump told independent journalist Rachel Bade on Monday. “I think that MAGA is Trump – MAGA’s not the other two,” Trump said of Carlson and Kelly. “MAGA wants to see our country thrive and be safe. And MAGA loves what I’m doing — every aspect of it…

Congressman Randy Fine (FL-06) became the source of heated criticism when he said Saturday on social media, “If they force us to choose, the choice between dogs and Muslims is not a difficult one.”[snip] The comment is pretty eye-opening when taken out of context — but it becomes more understandable when you realize he was reacting to a dog-hating tweet by a pro-Palestinian activist named Nerdeen Kiswani[snip]Fine's guest to Trump's primetime address will be his father, Alan Fine, along with his father's seeing-eye service dog, Sadie.

We focus a lot on the various forces of Islamic terrorism around the world, and that's justified; there are far too many jihadi goblins out there. But once in a while we are reminded that we have our own, home-grown nutjobs, too. One such is one Dawson Noah Maloney, who sent himself to his own just desserts after an aborted attack on a Las Vegas-area power substation.(snip) Oddly, the attempted attack was allegedly carried out by someone who had driven all the way from New York, which is curious in itself. Why come all that way? Why Las Vegas?

Last month, the Colorado Court of Appeals heard the appeal of 70-year-old former Mesa County Clerk Tina Peters. Peters is serving over 9 years following her August 2024 conviction at La Vista Correctional Facility in Pueblo, Colorado.(snip)On Wednesday, Peters was denied bond by the very same court. In Colorado, a defendant has 49 days to seek review of a decision denying bond from a district court.(snip) According to her counsel’s arguments last month, Peters is being held among “murderers, child molesters, and drug dealers” in Colorado prison because Colorado only ha as four minimum security facilities and all four are exclusively for men.

President Donald Trump came out to speak to the press from the White House on Friday to express his feelings on the Supreme Court's Decision to rule against his broad tariffs, which he imposed through a series of executive orders last year, under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA). He began by saying the ruling was "deeply disappointing," and that he was "ashamed of certain members of the court — absolutely ashamed for not having the courage to do what's right for our country."
The president also thanked Justices Brett Kavanaugh, Clarence Thomas, and Samuel Alito

WASHINGTON — The powerful House Oversight Committee is investigating a sadistic, nihilistic terror cult known as “764” that preys on minors and coerces them into sex acts, self-harm, animal torture, and other vile actions.
Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) and Subcommittee on Federal and Government Reform Law Enforcement Chair Clay Higgins (R-La.) demanded Tuesday that the FBI give lawmakers a briefing on its efforts to undermine 764. “Reporting indicates the FBI has opened more than 250 investigations tied to the group, which preys on children and teenagers on popular online platforms,” Commer and Higgins told FBI Director Kash Patel in a letter obtained by The Post.

The Florida state House of Representatives passed a bill Tuesday afternoon that seeks to rename the Palm Beach County International Airport after President Donald Trump as a companion bill makes its way through the state Senate. The legislation passed the Republican-led House in an 81-30 split, according to the Florida Phoenix. The renaming effort, if passed by both chambers and signed by Florida GOP Gov. Ron DeSantis, could cost as much as $5.5 million.Republicans in the state's lower chamber said the renaming is to honor Trump's impact on Palm Beach, which has gained prominence because it's the location of the president's Mar-a-Lago resort.
