Rice was national security adviser and U.S. ambassador to the United Nations under former President Barack Obama, and later served as a senior advisor in the Biden White House. She returned to Netflix’s board in 2023 after leaving her role as director of the Domestic Policy Council in the Biden administration.
Rice boasted during a podcast last week that “it is not going to end well” for corporations, news organizations, and law firms that “bent the knee” to Trump, claiming that their deference to the president is unpopular. She said that firms aligned with Trump could face an “accountability agenda” if Democrats return to power, stating,—

Note to Netflix: Supporting bitter and vindictive fascist tyrants is bad for business.

The hammer of Justice must come to visit Ms Rice sooner rather than later.

Netflix is literally a joke. They make movies taken from history or literature, and the first thing they do is change the race of the main character. You can guess what they change it to. Naturally the movie bombs and is ridiculed, so they immediately go out and do it again.

We dropped Netflix like a brick years ago when the Obamas were on their board. Could not stomach watching it any longer. Glad to see that Netflix is taking a hit for 1) hiring crazy Susan Rice and 2) for her disgusting outburst about MAGA.

I'm not sure this means much. Netflix's stock has been "plunging" since October.

We were nearing the point of finally getting a Netflix subscription years ago when they hired The Zero and Dirty Rice. That cancelled that deal, permanently. Netflix is just as evil as Google.

I dropped Netflix months ago because I realized that I was only watching one show that I liked and their lean to the left became apparent. I can't do much about their programming and I am sure that they don't care. but I don't have to send them my money either.

Rice and Hilary could share a prison cell. That would be nice.

Rice has been the queen of affirmative action since her days at that exclusive DC prep school, and how does she turn out? Angry, bitter and entitled.

Rice, like many Democrat politicians, is radioactive outside of the democrat party. And possibly making whoever hires her radioactive too.

I thought some of the documentaries on Netflix were pretty good (like the one on the Challenger disaster). Having said that, I didn't enjoy most of their original programming. I disliked "Bridgerton" for a variety of reasons - inaccurate race casting, and too much soft-core porn. I didn't watch the Markles trash the royal family, Meghan's (or anyone else's) "lifestyle" programming. The price increases were the final straw. I gave up my subscription at least a year ago and don't intend to go back.

We have Netflix. Right now pretty much everything they offer is just a different version of what they already have dozens of. Most offerings have women as the heroine of the program and they mimic men in their behavior. Actually, the most, and best choices are on Tubi. I despise commercials but will occasionally watch an old favorite on there.

Reading many of the comments, it seems like Rice is greatly influencing NETFLIX to be more feminist and racist in their programming.

I'm guessing that someone who is STILL Really Important is demanding that Netflix keep her on for the money laundering purposes. It is not like they need her because she is such a wise entertainment expert, or an industrious laborer in an area that they need to produce their product.
And how about the 0bamas? Does Netflix still have them on as producers and 'idea men'???
(for the same money laundering purposes.)
