The four images depict a person wearing gloves, a mask, and a backpack appearing to tamper with the camera at Guthrie’s front door the morning of her disappearance.

Apparently the "Biden"/Wray FBI didn't take the elementary step of identifying and investigating other US properties linked to Zhu or it would have discovered the Las Vegas lab years ago.
