President Donald Trump is seeking nearly $6.3 million from Georgia’s Fulton County in connection with the dismissed case against him pursued by District Attorney Fani Willis. In 2023, Willis had Trump indicted under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations law, claiming Trump acted illegally in his efforts to push back against the results of the 2020 presidential election. The case was eventually dismissed, and in December 2024, the Georgia Court of Appeals said that a lower court made a mistake in giving Willis and special prosecutor Nathan Wade, a romantic partner of Willis, the choice of one or the other stepping aside, according to the website Law and Crime.

There needs to be a law, nation wide, if someone in elected office is found to be corrupt, absolutely everything they own is taken from them before a single dime of taxpayers money is used to pay off the aggrieved person. That just might put a stop to all these phony lawsuits brought not just to President Trump but anyone who is/has been targeted by corrupt democrats.

Glad to hear this and the action being taken against those who decided they were above the law with the malicious prosecutions. I would not doubt many defendants who went up against Fani and her boyfriend, might have their prosecutions reviewed to see what shady actions may have been done in their particular cases.

Stupid is as stupid does... President Trump stands to single-handedly financially break the American Left (and set the international Globalists back significantly) if he just spends a nominal amount of time and money, and just a slight bit of his apparently enormous ability to multitask, cutting a leisurely swath through those who have ripped, slandered, filed false or nuisance lawsuits, threatened, physically or financially attacked, or otherwise attempted to unjustly harm him. He might end up giving Elon a run for his...money.

In every instance, defendants should be able to recover expenses and losses due to prosecutions where the case shouldn't have been brought. Additionally, defendants should be able to recover without incuring additional legal fees. The problem is that its the tax payers that bear the obligations. An out of control prosecutor or even judge have no skin in the game. They are untuntouchable until they actually criminally break a law.

This couldn’t have happened to a more deserving person. Since the county that elected her will be stuck paying the bills for her transgressions, the county should go after all her assets and disbar here from practicing law. It would be nice if they could go after. Sorts as well, but he could claim he had nothing to do with her going after Trump.

On Jan. 7, 2026, an extremist protester attempted to ram ICE agents in Minneapolis with her SUV, and subsequently died from gunshot wounds when agents appropriately responded to the threat. She and her girlfriend had been on the scene for some time, objecting to the ongoing ICE action, harassing the agents as they were doing their job. Leftists watch one video, from one perspective, and claim she was murdered; reasonable people watch an array of videos of the incident from several directions, [snip] Some on the Left didn’t waste time mourning, knowing they can fundraise off this incident while the iron is hot.

The fraud story surrounding the Somali community, in Minnesota and other states, just keeps getting more bizarre. We learned that several members of the Somalian government, including its Ambassador to the United Nations, own "healthcare" companies in America. The one we told you about yesterday, Abdullahi Kulane, was listed as the "maneger" of "Rismi Health Transpotation" in Waite Park, MN. And no, those aren't typos. That's how Kulane's title and business were listed on the Minnesota business website. There's also Somali fraud in Ohio. That's where that U.N. Ambassador, Abukar Dahir Osman, was also a "healthcare administrator." And this story takes us back to the Buckeye State,
