The average IQ in Somalia is 68. People will be diagnosed with an intellectual disability if their IQ falls below 70. (Snip) People opened their hearts and their wallets, ultimately contributing $6.6 million to the MCF. They thought the money was earmarked for the shooting victims and their families. Instead, per the Maine Wire, [T]he MCF distributed just $4.7 million to those individuals. The remaining $1.9 million went to NGOs, many of them politically connected, and many of them involved in the nebulous world of “migrant services.”

Comments:

I only donate to organizations with a long history with no donation spending controversies. No Red Cross, Salvation Army, or other progressive NGOs.

An average IQ of 68??? And they're outsmarting Minnesota government employees and stealing billions. That doesn't say much for the IQ of Minnesotans or their schools.

States where they have ripped off our tax funds should have their federal income tax doubled until they pay off the fraud. That might actually get a response out of the population against the corrupt democrat party.

A quote from Clarice Feldman's essay this morning: "It will be something to see the NGO sponsors being forced to cough up what they owe taxpayers for bringing in as sponsors millions of people who cannot and did not support themselves." That's the key. These NGOs that catered to illegal aliens and royally ripped off taxpayers should be sued for all the money they have cost us. The Biden administration didn't enforce the law, but Trump will. (But suing them for damages will put them out of business!) Good. Sue them lifeless. All these NGOs, including Catholic Charities, have done evil. Now they must go.

I make charitable donations ONLY to a couple of small, local non-profit organizations where I KNOW the people and I KNOW where my donation is going. As far as I am concerned, any 'charity' should be run by volunteers, or people paid a very modest amount, not "Million$". Being paid a lavish amount is stealing from the donation plate, as far as I am concerned.

Undisclosed communication devices reportedly discovered in Chinese-manufactured solar panels and related equipment have sparked concerns among U.S. officials about the vulnerability of the nation’s power grid, according to a Reuters report. These “rogue” devices, found over the past nine months, could potentially destabilize energy infrastructure and trigger widespread blackouts, sources familiar with the matter told the outlet. The undocumented devices, including cellular radios, were identified in solar power inverters, batteries, electric vehicle chargers, and heat pumps produced by several Chinese suppliers.

I’ll admit I agree with almost all of President Donald Trump’s initiatives, but there’s one about which I have some doubts: stopping the minting of pennies. Yes, I know that pennies cost more to make than they’re worth. (Snip) The nearest rounding option would be five cents (though there’s a smaller lobby gunning to kill the nickel, too). That means every transaction in Colorado — the lowest state sales tax at 2.9% — will get rounded up. New York City, whose combined tax cut on most sales is effectively 8.875%, will also get rounded up.

Zelenskyy has recently noted, with EU leadership support, that his government will never recognize Eastern Ukraine as part of the Russian federation.
