Hillary Clinton’s own Russia scandal:
FBI memos detail how Uranium One probe thwarted

Federal investigators believed there was significant evidence worth pursuing related to possible criminality involving the Clinton Foundation and the State Department’s approval of the sale of Uranium One to Russian state-owned interests, but delays by the Justice Department and FBI led the inquiry to whither and die because of statute of limitations issues. The sale of the Canada-based Uranium One to the Russian state-owned Rosatom was the focus of great controversy and scrutiny from Republicans and others who argued that then-Secretary of State Clinton helped approve the deal and that the Clinton Foundation may have stood to benefit from it.

Comments:

With all the scandals surrounding the Clintons, I forgot about this one. People have been murdered for less than a uranium mine.

Of course they benefited. Have the Clinton's ever done anything that didn't put money in their pockets?

Note well that Justice Department foot-dragging continued through Trump's first term under Jeff Sessions, William Barr, and Rod Rosenstein.

I believe that I will have to face my Creator one day and will be judged. But when I see people like the Clintons, Bidens, Pelosis, et al I am confounded. Do they have any fear of judgment?

Not really justice when you basically have granted her a favor which she would owe to those who helped her. After all, it's what Comey was likely doing when he helped her and expected to be AG when she won the election (which he presumed would happen). But can the statute of limitations be extended when it's determined they intentionally allowed it to expire and should have pursued?

IIRC, there's 120 million reasons (all containing pictures of George Washington) to believe that the Clintons benefited.

Teachers’ union pushes ‘neopronouns’

Do you know what a “neopronoun” or a “xeopronoun” is? The teachers’ unions want to make sure your little kids do. Earlier this month, the National Education Association held an “Advancing LGBTQ+ Justice” event. Documents obtained by the education watchdog group Defending Education (full disclosure: I am on the group’s board) contained slides illustrating these neo- and xeopronouns. Neopronouns are “new” “pronouns” such as “xe/xem/xyr,” and other letters randomly shoved together. Xeopronouns are for “conceptual identities” such as “cat/cats/catself.” Got it? No? But our kids are being force-fed this garbage in America’s public schools.

Abdul El-Sayed, a candidate in the 2026 Michigan Democratic primary for the state’s open Senate seat, campaigned in 2018 to commute all sentences for juveniles sentenced to life in prison in the state—a policy that would grant early release for a school shooter, a child rapist and murderer, and other heinous killers. El-Sayed promised the reforms during his unsuccessful bid for Michigan governor, saying he would "commute all sentences for juveniles sentenced to life in prison and raise the age of adult prosecution" from 17 to 18, as well as "explore commutation options" for any juvenile sentenced to more than 25 years

Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., called those concerned about whether she married her brother “sick” after the far-left lawmaker was approached by Fox News Digital about border czar Tom Homan, signaling that federal officials have started digging into records pertaining to the matter. Homan said last week that records and files related to Omar’s potential immigration fraud were being pulled and looked at after President Donald Trump revived the years-old scandal amid an ongoing debate over the Somali Medicaid fraud scandal taking place in Omar’s state of Minnesota. While Homan suggested that fraud likely took place, he also signaled that the crime’s statute of limitations could present a problem when it comes

The Bondi Beach attack in Australia was shocking, but not at all surprising. Some of the details were distinctive — an idyllic spot on the Pacific Ocean instantly turned into a killing field; a father-son terror squad — but the basic picture of radicalized Muslim immigrants targeting a gathering of Jews was drearily familiar. These events follow the same pattern because the fundamentalist version of Islam is, at its root, hostile to Jews. Let’s say, for the sake of argument, that there was a refugee flow of Unitarians, and some proportion of those Unitarians were antagonistic to traditional Christians — such that they vandalized their businesses, harassed them in the streets,

Well, if you caught that snippet from last night’s shambolic presser about the Brown University shooting, you’ll know that the authorities are still not answering what the shooter allegedly said before the attack. There are too many witnesses saying the same thing, so next time this circus comes before the podium, they'd better have an answer. It’s been making the rounds on social media, but witnesses claim the shooter yelled, ‘Allahu Akbar’ before opening fire. Two people were killed in the attack, and another eight were wounded. Ella Cook, 19, and Mukhammad Aziz Umurzokov, 18, have been identified as the decedents

An enraged Australian stomped on the head of one of the men accused of gunning down over a dozen people celebrating the first day of Hanukkah on a Sydney beach Sunday. The clip caught a shirtless man charging across a concrete footbridge where police were restraining the gunmen, and then stomping hard on one of the shooter’s heads. “F–king bash him!” someone yelled as the man ran over and stomped, footage circulating on social media shows. [snip] The gunmen managed to fire uninhibited for about 10 minutes, according to witnesses.

The two gunmen who opened fire on Australia’s Bondi Beach, where thousands of Jews were celebrating Hanukkah, are believed to be a father-son duo who had a trove of legally owned guns, authorities said. Naveed Akram, 24, and his 50-year-old father, Sajid, allegedly stormed the family-friendly Chanukah by the Sea event armed with shotguns and a bolt-action rifle, killing at least 15 and injuring 40 more in Sunday’s terror attack on Sydney’s world-famous beach, New South Wales police announced Monday.

Pity the left because it had a terrible couple of days as it had to grapple with a tragedy, the tragedy being that the murders at Brown University that they were trying to leverage to disarm us so that we could be enslaved were overshadowed by their Gaza-loving jihadi allies going on a videotaped murder spree in Australia. Don’t imagine that they care about some dead kids at a college because they don’t care about that any more than they care about women being beaten, raped, and murdered on the streets of blue American cities by their illegal alien and/or criminal friends.

The enhanced Obamacare subsidies Democrats shut down the government to protect back in October are officially dead. House Speaker Mike Johnson slammed the door on extending the bloated COVID-era handout, saying the House will focus instead on moving forward with a new Republican healthcare package. The temporary subsidies, born out of pandemic panic, were supposed to expire at the end of this year. Democrats, of course, wanted them extended indefinitely—because nothing is ever temporary in Washington when it involves taxpayer money. But Johnson made it clear on Tuesday that this was the end of the line.

Forbes posted video of Schumer claiming Australia is showing “courage” by seeking ways to expand and implement new gun controls after the Bondi Beach terror attack.

President Trump lodged an eye-watering $10 billion lawsuit against the BBC on Monday, accusing the British broadcaster of defaming him through a deceptive edit of his Jan. 6, 2021, speech at the White House Ellipse. The lawsuit took aim at a 2024 documentary by the BBC, which spliced different sections of Trump’s comments before his supporters ransacked the Capitol to make it appear as though he explicitly encouraged the riot. “I’m suing the BBC for putting words in my mouth, literally,” Trump grumbled to reporters earlier in the day, Monday. “They actually put terrible words in my mouth having to do with January 6th that I didn’t say.”
