Oh, Come On! Clinton-Appointed Judge Jumps
in to Stop Trump's Wind Project Order

Here we go again: the sun rises, another federal judge kneecaps the Trump agenda. In this latest ruling, issued Monday, a Bill Clinton-appointed jurist decided that Trump hasn’t explained himself enough and “failed to justify” his decision to put a halt to the wind project madness that has swept the country. Sometimes I wish the president would just say, “I got 77 million votes, you didn’t — that’s my justification. Buzz off.” Of course, he can’t do that: On Trump’s first day in office (January 20), he issued an executive order titled “Temporary Withdrawal of All Areas on the Outer Continental Shelf from Offshore Wind Leasing -

The good thing about this is that NO ONE is going to touch such projects while their legal status is in question. The financial risk would be too high. And considering the results of most of the Leftist challenges to Trump's EOs, it is likely that this Leftist judge will be overruled. The judge's order references the "agencies" taking positive actions to lease wind farms and decries the change from not-so-long-ago agency decisions. However, it has been recently found, and correctly so, that many agencies, acting on environmental concerns, have stepped beyond their authority. Such broad reaching decisions belong in Congress and to the President and require new laws to be passed. If such laws are passed, changes will not be "whimsical", as the judge worries about, and instead will be properly codified. As is, the judge's whimsical actions have replaced the agencies whimsical actions. What happens when the next judge rules differently? Passing laws may be the harder task but it creates permanence, predictability, and reliability.

#2, I’ve privately identified about 10 seminal moments in the last 50 years that seem to have brought a sea change to the country. In addition to the hearings for Judge Bork and Justice Thomas, the next event in my mind was the rise of the Clintons, with their ruthless nature and utter corruption.

“failed to justify” his decision?? What about they use more energy to be made, installed, and maintained than they produce? What about that they kill birds and, in the ocean, whales? What about that they are unreliable and result in skyrocketing utility costs to consumers? Doesn't THAT justify the decision???

#9 - I remember all the clapping by a bunch of female animal lovers when the Obamas said they would adopt a rescue dog for their brats and instead accepted the gift of the two purebreds. When I confronted a fellow volunteer one day while cleaning out cat cages, she about jumped sown my throat that the Obama kids had allergies blah blah blah. BTW - whatever happened to those dogs? Buried in the backyard of one of their estates? So much for the Supreme Court ruling in CASA v. Trump and nationwide injunctions.

Why can't Trump ignore these blatant attempts to delay his work? All of these tactics end up being overturned by higher authorities so he should say "we are going to carry out this action pending the inevitable approval." Let the judges whine, he carries the Big Stick and he does not have to be concerned about another election. The black-robed scolds will continue with these shenanigans because they work. Joe Biden and/or Autopen practically destroyed the country and no judge ever squeaked in protest.

One of America’s major national security threats is the cozy relationship between many American corporations and the Chinese government. Microsoft is one of the worst offenders in this regard, as proven by a new report released last week. It adds to the growing evidence that the tech giant is far too close with America’s chief geopolitical foe to be trusted with handling critical infrastructure. The report, compiled by Nathan Picarsic of the Foundation for Defense of Democracies and Horizon Advisory, reveals a disturbing picture about the tech giant. “Over three decades, the company has built a vast commercial, research, and engineering presence in China,

Minnesota is now facing one of the largest documented government service fraud scandals in United States history. Under Gov. Tim Walz's evidently unwatchful eye, federal prosecutors have estimated that approximately $1 billion in taxpayer funds have been siphoned from multiple state- and federally funded social service programs over the last five years. As of this writing, 87 individuals have been charged in connection with the scheme, with 61 convictions already secured and more charges continuing to be filed against these fraudsters. The bulk of the fraud scheme centers around two government programs.

Taking a very significant step to be in alignment with President Trump’s North American trade bloc construct, Mexico has passed a sweeping set of tariffs against Chinese imports. The motive for the move by President Claudia Sheinbaum and her political party, Morena, which controls both legislative chambers is clear. Mexico is moving into direct alignment with President Trump as the likelihood for the end of the current USMCA trade agreement looms. President Trump has sent clear signals expressing his intent to dissolve the USMCA trade agreement in favor of two bilateral agreements, one with Mexico and one with Canada. The Mexican government led by Sheinbaum -

After President Trump’s criticism of Somali abuse, triggered by reporting of massive $1B plus frauds conducted by the David Horowitz Freedom Center and other conservative media outlets, the media has rushed out more of these same stories about Somali accomplishments. But let’s look at some of the facts. Somalis are the second largest foreign-born population in Minnesota after Mexicans. 42% of Somalis fall below the poverty line. The Trump-McMahon Department of Education (DOE) has moved to end the last of the Biden administration’s large-scale, illegal federal student loan bailout programs. DOE announced its agreement with Missouri to end the Saving on a Valuable Education (SAVE) Plan, which was set to cost taxpayers almost $350 billion in a decade’s time. The Dec. 9 press release celebrated the move as being not only a win for taxpayers, but necessary clarity for borrowers duped by extravagant and unrealistic Democrat promises.

"As you probably know, we've just seized a tanker on the coast of Venezuela — a large tanker, very large, the largest one ever seized actually." In November, the Daily Sceptic reported that a policeman had told a Christian preacher that some words painted on his van “could be seen as hate speech in the wrong context”. The words were a Biblical verse: Chapter 3, verse 16 of the Gospel according to John, “For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in him may not perish but may have eternal life.” Of course, the Free Speech Union observed that for such words to be prohibited or penalised would violate free speech, and that if a police officer is even suggesting they might be,

The New York Times has invented a new genre of reporting — covering big stories showing Democrats in a bad light years after the events that matter. At the tail end of 2025, the Times has broken the news that the Biden administration flooded the country with illegal immigrants, partly for ideological and partisan reasons, partly out of sheer incompetence. Who knew? The nearly 4,000-word story by Christopher Flavelle, with 14 colleagues contributing additional reporting and research, is certainly well-sourced, but none of its facts have just come to light. It dissects Biden’s immigration misdeeds and missteps over each of his four years in office.

Paramount Skydance’s hostile takeover bid of Warner Bros. Discovery, announced Monday, places CNN and its sister cable networks squarely back into what is likely to be an extended period of management limbo. There was some relief at CNN with last Friday’s announcement that Netflix was buying Warner’s studio and streaming businesses, since the cable network would not be a part of that deal. Paramount’s bid, if successful, opens the possibility of a combined CNN and CBS News. The management uncertainty adds to what is already a challenging time at CNN, where there was no doubt who was in charge before swashbuckling founder Ted Turner sold his company in 1996.

European Christians have celebrated the birth of Jesus Christ in their town squares for roughly 400 years in what became known as "Christmas markets." They began in German-speaking regions of Central Europe and spread to Poland, Croatia, France, and beyond. Then the globalists gavaged marauding Muslims into Europe. Since then, Christmas in Europe hasn't been the same. It's been downright dangerous. Erbach, Germany, was one of the latest scenes of Yuletide destruction, which frequently occurs at the hands of Islamist freebooters who demand tolerance but can't seem to thole some back to their hosts.
