As we reported, a judge tossed the case against former FBI Director James Comey for technical reasons, ruling the appointment of the interim U.S. Attorney Lindsey Halligan, who had filed the matter, was invalid. So it wasn't a ruling on the merits of the case, and it was dismissed without prejudice, so it could potentially be filed again, although there's a potential question about the statute of limitations. The Justice Department (DOJ) has already indicated that it would appeal that decision. So I don't think Comey should be taking that victory lap just yet, because it surely sounds like more is coming.

His reputation is gone and his future potential employment is nullified by any respectable employer. All that's missing are the bars in front of his face.

Call me doubtful, but I'll believe it when I see it.

The DOJ/Pam Bondi are well aware that they are fighting a cartel of liberal federal judges who think they are running the country. Bondi knew she had vulnerability with the acting US Attorney and let this happen anyway. A fatal error IMO. Patel can expose every document in every burn bag in that room and there still will never be accountability. Constantly dangling this in front of voters with tough talk and never delivering does more harm than good.

Once again - - I post my distrust of Pam Bondi. To me - - she is all talk - - all posturing - - and no action.
It's just a feeling. But - - as Jane Darwell famously said - - "When I get a feeling - - I get a feeling."

Like almost everyone else involved with DC corruption, he is protected by the people who REALLY run things. We will never see justice.

Bondi has been quiet lately. Maybe she's getting some major work done and not just talking tough in front of the cameras.
Patel said we need accountability and reform so the Russian hoax doesn't happen again. The reform is already there; give us accountability in spades; focus on that to the greatest extent of the law. The American people will not believe in accountability until these people are sitting in prison with no pardons in their futures.

It would be interesting to know why those burn bags did not get sent to the incinerator in a matter of hours instead of being retained in a "secret room." Was it incompetence on the part of FBI people or was it due to those who still retained their integrity and stored them away for future use against the corrupt Comey leadership? Those who continue to slam Pam Bondi, walk a few miles in her high heels. You might enjoy that or you might experience what she must go through in the performance of her job.

There are only two ways Lady Justice can be mollified in America today.
1) Declare the entire DC Circuit and several other Federal District Courts and the Democrat Party to all be involved in Racketeering under the RICO Statute and refused to allow ANY Federal Cases to be brought, or tried there.
2) Declare that henceforth, until Congress and Supreme Court thoroughly cleanse all Judicial Activism and glaring Political Bias from the Federal Courts that all Federal Cases will be tried in Military Courts across the nation.

For me, I don't want to see what's in those burner bags until someone actually gets indicted. We all know Comey is guilty, we all know he lied to congress, the courts and the American people. But democrats never pay the price. Only republicans go to jail. It's all bullsh** until somebody else is held accountable.

Pam Bondi may be a good prosecutor, but she is not a good Attorney General at this time in our history. I keep hearing, give her some time -- wlll it has been almost a year and still little cleanout at DOJ and little accountability. In addition, there is so much about her deputy stopping so many actions that would lead to accountability. She is not the person needed, with the strength and conviction to clean out the DOJ. If she were, she would be living in DC, not Fla and actually be running the DOJ rather than letting her deputy run it. With a deputy like him, a good AG would be there overseeing his decisions and actions, something that cannot be done adequately from a distance. As long as this is the status quo, we will be seeing little real accountability.

I fail to understand why the DOJ and FBI haven't charged Comey with all his ILLEGAL FISA Actions, and also indicted Boasberg the Thug as well for participating in Comey's conspiracy!

Wasn't _____ Bailey, former AG of Missouri, brought into the DOJ? Where is he and why isn't he replacing do-nothing Bondi.
