Earlier today, a group of Senate Democrats released a bizarre video encouraging members of the military to defy orders from President Trump, the Commander in Chief. These are the same people who have been claiming for years that Trump is a threat to democracy, and now they’re trying to subvert democracy. That is what is happening here. These Democrats are trying to subvert the will of the people. Scott Jennings, the lone conservative on CNN, appeared on Mark Halperin’s 2Way program and commented on this topic.

As former members of either the military or intelligence agencies, they knew what they could say and how to say it without technically calling for treason. But calling for treason is exactly what they were doing. Disobey orders because YOU disagree with them politically. A soldiers job is not to interpret orders. It is to follow them.

So what happens when someone in the military follows the Democrats newest marching orders? Will they make this military member a media martyr for their cause? What about if members of the general population following these same marching orders and ignoring laws they don't like? Lawlessness? Riots? Civil War?

In reality, in the end anyone in the US Military who takes this bad political advice from the anti-Trump Democrats will be the people who will end up getting prosecuted, for not following the orders of the President of the USA or the Officers appointed over them, by way of proceedings in accordance with the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ).

I've said it before - the days of peaceful disagreement with the Dims are coming to an end. They are no longer content with merely discussing issues to reach a state of unanimity. They have become tribal, and anyone who does not believe as they do must be destroyed. While the unrest of the late 60s managed to subside once the leaders were jailed and the followers grew up, the communists/socialists of today have learned much from watching the jihadis wage their terror war against the West. When politics fail to deliver them the power they crave, I fear they will increasingly turn to more violence. Powder dry, head on a swivel... greyseal

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) is a euphemism for a rigid racialist theology. It deductively postulates that a large percentage of the population is oppressed by racism and sexism, mostly by white males. DEI makes no allowance for the class or wealth of the alleged victims or their supposed victimizers. So once that rigid party line is set, it cannot account for tens of millions of affluent and privileged non-white Americans or like numbers of poor and non-privileged whites. Absurdities and ridicule must then follow. One example is the spectacle of former First Lady Michelle Obama on her current book tour.

An examination of 13,000 grants since Hochul took office in 2021 shows a massive investment in far-left causes, with $66 million paid so far and almost $50 million promised for a total contract value of $113 million. “Our tax dollars should go towards fighting criminals, not helping them,” says Rep. Every nation has the right to protect itself and its borders, a principle that, until recent years, didn’t spark much controversy.

Ruemmler wrote that “what and how you communicate reflects on you and the reputation of the firm” in a Tuesday memo reminding staffers to complete mandatory training — including a module on “communications at Goldman Sachs.” The message was not well-received by employees who are disturbed that the firm has yet to even acknowledge that the top legal officer had questionable judgment when it came to advising Epstein.

While street performers sharpen their acts, chess players position pieces on stone tables and NYU kids enjoy the park as a de facto campus, there have always been shadowy dudes hissing about their loose joints and cut-rate bags of blow.

The New York Times reported last month on the dire situation for gay people in Iran, where homosexuality is punishable by death. Many are pressured to undergo brutal reassignment surgeries to live as the opposite sex. Now, instead of effeminate gay men, they’re just run-of-the-mill straight women. Problem solved. What Iran has effectively built is a medical system that treats homosexuality as a defect to be surgically erased. The goal isn’t self-expression; it’s social conformity. Transition becomes a tool of state-enforced heterosexuality. As a gay man myself, I think that sounds pretty barbaric. Though you could say that what’s occurring in the United States is arguably worse. Here,
