Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) is reportedly considering a run for California governor — a possible foil to frontrunner Katie Porter. Two anonymous sources close to the congressman told MSNBC that he has been considering a play for the Golden State governor’s mansion with a possible announcement as early as next week. “Swalwell declined to comment when reached by MSNBC, but a source close to the congressman, who asked to remain anonymous to discuss the private discussions, said Swalwell allies had asked him to run ‘to fill a “fighter/protector” role’ in the mold of Democratic Gov. Gavin Newsom,”

Is this the swallwell that spilled his guts to fang fang? The swalwel who refuses to pay his school debts. The swallwell that managed to snag a million dollar property loan at 5 x his annual income, in spite of being deeply in debt? Is this really what dnc wants to represent as their, candidate?

You would think that a state as geographically glorious as California, would have excellent people running for the governorship. Not so. Instead we have the unbelievably bad tempered mean girl, Katie Porter, possibly the always idiotic mean girl Kamala Harris, and now the always embarrassing and none too bright Eric Swalwell. None of this is a surprise when you remember that as senators, we have the despicable and dishonest Adam Schiff and the clown (I'd love to see his test papers that "earned" him a Batchelor's from MIT, Methinks he was a DEI student passed along by foolish progressive professors) Alex Padilla. Unbelievable cast of subpar characters. I wouldn't hire any of them for any job, ever. Because character does count.

Nah…something else going on here. If he runs for governor, he would have to give up his Congressional seat. In that district, all you need for reelection is a D behind your name and a heartbeat. Why would he give up a sure thing for a primary fight?

The creeping transformation of Western cities under demographic and cultural pressures has long been a cautionary tale in Europe, particularly in the UK, where London—once a beacon of Enlightenment values (and more importantly biblical truths) — has earned the moniker “Londonistan” for its visible embrace of parallel Islamic societies. With 15% of its population now Muslim, the city features halal-dominated high streets and Friday prayer congregations that overwhelm urban traffic. Across the Atlantic, Texas stands at a similar crossroads, its Muslim population surging amid rapid urbanization in hubs like Dallas and Houston. While Europe’s trajectory offers stark parallels—accelerated by lax policies and demographic shifts—Texas still holds unique tools,

For most teachers, they enter the profession not as a job, but as a calling. They love kids and want to be part of educating the next generation. They certainly don't do it for the money. Those who are not teachers but support staff also do what they do because they believe that education will take students wherever they want to go in life. Millions of taxpayer dollars go toward public education. Are those dollars being spent wisely? In one major city, that answer is most likely "no." On Wednesday, the Office of the Inspector General (OIG) for Chicago Public Schools (CPS) released an eye-opening report on travel

If you think back to this time last year, we were happily ensconced in post-election bliss and eagerly watching as President-elect Donald Trump began the transition to his second term in office. It was something to behold because Trump immediately became the de facto president as his lame duck predecessor quickly faded away into irrelevancy. Weak leaders like Joe Biden create a power vacuum (see also: the Democrat Party circa 2025). The commonwealth of Virginia does not have such a problem at the moment, and Republican Governor Glenn Youngkin would like Democrats, and particularly Governor-elect Abigail Spanberger, to kindly butt out of his business.

The term-limited secretary of state, Jocelyn Benson, whose 2026 campaign for governor is being funded in large part by members of George Soros’s family, cites the need to protect voters’ US Social Security numbers from the federal government that literally issues the Social Security numbers. And finally, another reason Jocelyn Benson doesn’t want the DOJ to investigate Michigan’s voter rolls is that, given the many ways elections are stolen, the DOJ is likely to discover that Michigan’s voter rolls are among the most corrupt

A bombshell peer-reviewed study out of Germany just dismantled the scientific foundation used to justify lockdowns, social distancing, and vaccine mandates. When researchers compared the ALM’s week-by-week PCR positivity rates with the same labs’ IgG antibody testing data — essentially measuring who truly developed infection-induced immunity — they discovered something staggering: Only about 14% of those who tested PCR-positive during the early pandemic period (2020–mid-2021) actually developed antibodies — meaning most early “cases” were never real infections.
