Ghislaine Maxwell’s attorney, Leah Saffian, has confirmed that multiple federal prison staffers have been FIRED for illegally breaking into Maxwell’s privileged attorney-client emails, emails that were then leaked straight to Democrat Congressman Jamie Raskin, who blasted them to the media like political propaganda.[snip] According to Saffian:
Prison employees at FPC Bryan broke into Maxwell’s email system.
They stole confidential attorney communications. They passed them to a federal official—Raskin. Raskin then leaked them to the press under the fake label of ‘whistleblower’.

I don't know how things are supposed to work, but it strikes me as odd that Maxwell's attorney is releasing this information.
I don't doubt that it's all accurate, but I would think info like this should have come from someone associated with the prison system or some other government official.
To me, it looks like this was covered up.

I expect that the DoJ will open an investigation into Raskin’s actions and that Trump will soon pardon Maxwell as a result of his actions.

This smells. Everything the dems do smells. And Raskin is one of the smelliest. Lie, cheat, steal. It's what they do. Here's hoping this hits news outlets. This needs to be known. My word there is nothing they won't do to try and skewer Trump.

With a little luck he'll be disbarred and brought up on perjury charges. And if we're really lucky, much worse.

Dems didn't have anything on President Trump when they created the Russia Hoax. They just wanted "bombshells" for headlines. Same thing with the laptop their supporters claimed was likely a product of Russian disinformation. This time, a Democrat produced stolen, confidential information leaked to the press, and then falsely claimed it came from a "whistle blower." If Donald Trump is truly an "existential threat" to the US, why do Democrats have to make stuff up?

You gotta give the RATS some credit. They're throwing all sorts of mud against the wall, thinking something will stick. So far, they're "o-fer."
They do have one card they haven't played. I'm certain that Trump has violated the "do not remove under penalty of federal law" by removing those tags from his hotel mattresses. But from what I've seen, those hotel maids have an honor code greater than the Mafia dons and none of them are talking.

Attorney/Client privilege is a right that is codified in state law and supported by the 6th amendment for right to counsel. At a minimum, Raskin should be disbarred. In a just world, he would be removed from Congress.

It is 100%impossible to find a sleazier POS in Congress than Raskin! Every Antisemitic remark I've ever heard applies, justifiably, to this garbage!
God Damn his evil soul to the Hell he so richly deserves!

How unfortunate. One has come to expect DeMS-13 members of congress to be complete and total pond scum. Sad that members of congress have such low scruples.

The guards were fired , but what happens to Raskin.?
The answer is nothing. Sure he should be disbarred. But he won't be.
He should go before the Ethics Committee . The Ethics Committee is a joke.
He should be tossed from Congress. Another joke.
Democrats are above the law. I give you Hilllary Clinton as an example.
Remember the Lion of the senate Ted Kennedy? Never served a day for killing his girlfriend .
I can go on, but why?

What about the "staffers" who fell asleep while guarding Epstein, turned off all of the cameras and permitted him to have hanging material in his cell, or possibly murdered him? Haven't heard about those folks in a while.

Raskin/Schiff/Nadler et al used their positions on "House investigation/oversight panels" which are to be used for "Legislative purposes only" to gain, gather, garner "protected information" via their unique channels that by-pass normal courts and restrictions...then "Plant"(not leak/share) that information in the Press for Partisan political purposes. This follows the same pattern...they are SPYING, using illicit(illegal) phone/email intrusions to subvert and interfere with both court and administration functions, they spied on other members of congress, cabinet members, media, private groups, people attorneys, They are STASI, misusing their offices, seditious, and should be charged as such. There are very specific rules and pathways for anyone to receive "protections a whistleblower"...those same rules and pathways must be followed to a T if the person releasing that information has any expectation of protection, without doing so they are violating their office and violating LAWS. Someone should check and see if there are ANY FISA subpoenas that Raskin has instigated, accessed, how many? Who is Targeted? With what justification?

#1 I doubt the prison would be allowed to release such information due to personnel privacy issues.

I'm thinking the story is a little deeper than what is in the article.
Here is my scenario:
Ratskin probably initiated the message interception to see if Maxwell was mentioning his (Ratskin’s) and his friends partaking of what Epstein offered, and then figured he might as well leak stuff to the media that didn’t harm them.
Giving it to the media was just an afterthought. Self-preservation the primary reason.

Will Rotten Raskin be permitted to wear his headkerchief in court? The one that covers the scar where his brain was mellonballed out.
