Stunning intraparty tensions erupted on the House floor when one Democrat accused another of undermining the Constitution. Rep. Marie Gluesenkamp Perez, D-Wash., unexpectedly rose during House votes on an unrelated issue Wednesday night to demand a vote on condemning Rep. Jesús "Chuy" García, D-Ill., for unexpectedly dropping his re-election bid, which effectively made way for his chief of staff to run in his place. As is the custom for forcing a House vote via a "privileged resolution," Gluesenkamp Perez read her legislation out loud.

In March, congressman Garcia filed democrat primary paperwork. On the November 5 deadline, his chief of staff “ . . . submitted her own paperwork to enter the Democratic primary." The day after the filing deadline, Congressman Garcia dropped his reelection bid.

What is Rep. Marie Gluesenkamp Perez upset about? This is the way the Democrats operate. Where was she when Biden dropped out of the race?

For those of us who grew up in the one-party South, this is old news. It is a well-known tactic that allows the incumbent to hand pick their successor. Usually, the beneficiary of this process is a worthless child who needs a job. I guess Rep. Garcia didn't have a family member to gift his public office.

CNN’s Erin Burnett is being skewered for reporting that the gunman who opened fire in a Midtown skyscraper — killing an NYPD cop and three others — was “possibly white” after viewing the initial security footage released immediately after Shane Tamura’s deadly rampage. In the photos first shared online, Tamura, 27, was captured in broad daylight walking into 345 Park Ave. with a Palmetto State Armory AR-15 rifle in his hand. Burnett said police knew the gunman had “sunglasses, mustache, male, possibly white” during a broadcast shortly after the shooting Monday evening.

Across three-fifths of the United States, the Trump administration has found half a million people receiving SNAP benefits twice over and 5,000 dead people receiving them. In deep blue states, the fraud is probably much worse. It is important to clarify that 20+ states out of the 50 did not comply with the federal government's request for information on SNAP beneficiaries, likely because they are trying to hide how many illegal aliens are illicitly receiving food stamps. So the horrifying numbers revealed by U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Brooke Rollins on Laura Ingraham's Fox News show, The Ingraham Angle, are actually incomplete, and will probably be much higher

Democrats thought they had a winning hand when they released three carefully selected Jeffrey Epstein emails on Wednesday morning. The timing was no accident. With their caucus still reeling from their base turning on them for caving on the government shutdown, they needed a distraction, and they believed these emails would deliver one. They were wrong. The so-called bombshell consisted of three email exchanges. The crown jewel of their selective leak was a 2011 email between Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell in which Epstein described Trump as "the dog that hasn't barked." He noted that a victim had spent hours with Trump at Epstein’s house.
