Californians have voted to approve Proposition 50, a redistricting proposal that would add as many as five Democrat-held seats in Congress.
Governor Gavin Newsom said the measure would allow the blue state to fight back against President Trump’s agenda and “efforts to undermine the democratic process.”
Newsom proposed the redistricting plan in response to redistricting efforts in Texas that favor Republicans. Lone Star State Republicans revised their maps mid-decade, redrawing lines in such a way that Republicans could gain five seats during next year’s midterms.

California is already in S__tsville anyway. What difference is this going to make in our day-to-day life in this once-Golden State? I watch a lot of YouTube. Every damned video I picked had these nauseating faces of Obama, Newsom, AOC, E. Warren, and some obscure Dem, pushing Prop 50, for 56 agonizing seconds before the video starts. I thought to myself, there’s a lotta dummies out there eating this crap. Of course, the next morning, no surprise! California is lost!

A jerrimandered dictatorship in the name of Democracy. Only the so called 'Democratic' party could get away with it. Always with the full backing of the MSM. Look for even more of disenfranchised Californians to flee their hopelessly corrupt state.

Imagine Newsome's red face if the number of Republican representatives elected stays the same or there is a gain (even one) under redistricting. Will this be taken to court and challenged as illegal and against the California constitution?

No one can predict the future, but the way things stand after last night I would say Newscum will be the next president.

Considering California’s talent for vote fraud, this result is not surprising. It was always a done deal.

Californians have shown they want to be dictated to and don't want to hear any other opinion than what comes from the Democrat party.
They want group-think and many are very prone to be influenced instead of thinking for themselves.
If they thought they would be given the redistricting commission back after this scheme they are sorely mistaken and won't really like the end results.

If you control the ballot box, you can "pass" pretty much anything or anyone. Last night proved the Democrat/Marxist machine still controls lots of ballot boxes. The cheating *has* to be eliminated, or our country is lost.

The redistricting system that is bring replaced, one of the Arnold Schwarzenegger "reforms," provided that all of the members of the redistricting commission to be appointed by the California's Secretary of State. Unsurprisingly the commission appointed by the Democrat Secretary of State drew a gerrymandered map that assured that Republicans (40% of California's voters) elected only 17% of the State's representatives in Congress. Yesterday's result substantially worsens the gerrymandering, but Schwarzenegger's claims that the system being replaced was fair is nonsense. His other major "reform" was the jungle primary which has saddled California with the nation's most leftwing legislature.

If the table was turned the dims would run to a favorable court as they always do when they lose a proposition election.
-In the lexicon of the Democrat party there is no such word as democracy.-
