During a portion of an interview aired on Thursday’s “PBS NewsHour,” Democratic Virginia gubernatorial candidate former Rep. Abigail Spanberger responded to the prospect of working with President Donald Trump on job creation by saying that “you don’t work with the arsonist who burns down the house to rebuild it.” “PBS NewsHour” Correspondent Liz Landers asked, “You positioned yourself as a consensus builder, someone who works across the aisle. Would you work with President Trump on areas like job creation? Spanberger answered, “I think that you don’t work with the arsonist who burns down the house to rebuild it. Her party passes legislation that causes job losses in private industry, then chains them to denigrating, never-ending government work. Repent and repair. Remember we're talking about people's lives, not abstract principles of partisanship.

Spamberger knows and has willingly worked with true arsonists in her career ~ LA and Maui come to mind ~ but she balks at working with PDJT who she terms an "arsonist". It does appear that Spammy prefers destruction to reconstruction and will do everything in her power to prevent the latter from occurring in her state.

Oregon state Rep. Dwayne Yunker began asking questions when he discovered the state was using tax dollars to bring developmentally disabled clients to a strip club this past summer. Yunker—a Republican lawmaker in a very blue state with a Democrat super majority in the legislature—has exposed this and other controversial Medicaid spending in the state that has little or nothing to do with medical or health issues. On Monday, he will be in Washington meeting with members of Congress and Trump administration officials about looking into how his state—and likely others—are spending Medicaid dollars. Medicaid is a joint federal-state program intended to cover health care coverage

The government claims to fight “child poverty” by providing benefits to low-income families so their children don’t starve. These programs also cover the citizen children of illegal aliens. Eligibility is based on the parents’ income. However, illegal aliens working off the books do not have Social Security numbers, do not file income tax declarations, and are not even supposed to be employed. Because their income cannot be verified, the government simply accepts whatever number they write down. And if it is below threshold, the government gives them benefits. State and local SNAP offices have policies against sharing data with ICE for the purpose of arrest or deportation, allowing this fraud
