When you use skin color and chromosomes as criteria for filling positions of trust, as opposed to filling those positions with the best people regardless of skin color or chromosomes, you will not, unless by accident, get the best people for the job. No public figure in recent memory exemplifies this maxim more than Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson. But that does not even tell half of the story. Comments:

Behind the scenes they are all scoffing at Ketanji.

This article, and the linked Times article, makes me sad. SCOTUS decisions, even agreeing to hear cases, have become characterized as “wins” or “losses,” depending on your political bent. Rarely does the conversation talk about the Constitution and what it says. Rather, there seems to be posturing for a political win, rather than a scholarly, factual win for the country. And Brown, by her outspokenness, comes across as a black woman with an attitude, even toward the other liberals. I’ll bet she’s a piece of work to deal with. Were that Roberts were a real man.

To be a Supreme Court Justice you should be free from racism and gender bias. Katanji Brown Jackson is a total failure. Of course the Justices are getting sick of her. There are 2 other female Justices on the court who are not a heck of a lot better than her, but they are sick of her too. She is a racist mental midget who got picked because she was black, by a moron who stated that before he picked her. Too bad-----if he had looked around he could have found a smart black female lawyer for the job, but then----she might have been conservative.

Brown does not follow the Constitution or law. She follows outcomes. Specifically, outcomes that she believes are the right ones. What happens when all the justices believe in different outcomes? What happens when, in 30 years, all these justices are gone and the new ones believe in different outcomes than what Brown liked? In essence, according to Brown, law does not exist until a justice declares what it is. A citizen may do something that they believe is legal. Heck, 80% of the country could agree with them. But if Brown decides differently, that person could be found guilty. That is insanity.

Kamala Harris is ready for her comeback! That’s right, the candidate who has shown no particular talent for winning national presidential elections, or even achieving the nomination of her own party via democratic means, is very likely going to run again, in 2028.
