The House Oversight and Reform Committee has released a 100-page report [pdf HERE] highlighting how people around Joe Biden hid information about his cognitive incapacity and worked around the issue using his autopen signature to authorize presidential actions.
The House committee has released the video and transcript of all the witnesses questioned during their investigation [SEE HERE] to support their contention and referral to the Dept of Justice for a criminal investigation of the events.

Just, for god’s sake, follow through to the end.

They need to follow through on everything he did. Everything. And what did baby boy Hunter do the four years dad was president? And what was DR Jill up to? DOJ needs to investigate all of it.

Every single document that was signed by autopen must be invalidated. No autopen was elected, and it's not in the Constitution either.

The DOJ also needs to prove the fact that Joe's scrambled brain was impaired from Day One of his sham presidency. Judging by the freak show that he chose to employ, most of them were unfit as well. Why did they feel the need to fake the Russia Connection and cheat in the 2020 election if they had a viable candidate?

We have to be very careful when dealing with the clear right of a president to issue pardons.
(or more likely, his handlers pardons.)
I suggest we write it off, like a bad debt, bad marriage, bad seed.

I am for a transparent investigation. Only those that can be proved that the President was involved and approved should be considered litigate. Those that can not be proved that the President was involved should be canned. My heart goes out to those dedicated and honest employees at the Justice Department. Their plate is running over with all the investigations from the prior administration.

If a Republican president had done this they would already be in jail. Can they at least make life difficult for them by making them fight off DOJ prosecutions? We could never hope for convictions in DC, but at least cause them some pain.

While I know there was abuse here, proving it is going to be difficult. Biden has already said that he knew what was going on (I doubt it), so use of the autopen was a mechanism to prevent him from getting a hand cramp signing all those pardons/EOs. That being said, the optics look terrible for the Dems.

I wish I didn't feel the need to think this way. I suspect that no one will be charged. But if charged, not tried. But if tried, not convicted. But if convicted, not sentenced. But if sentenced, spend NO time in prison. That's how things work for Commiecrats in DC. The whole matter will drift away, like the Pigwoman's 'Lock Her Up'.

There is only one correct outcome to this. Anything signed with the autopen is null and void.

#7 is correct. If a non-leftist had done what Joe and his crooked DOJ did, he would have been declared guilty before the fact, just as Donald Trump, the January 6th protesters and many of Trump's people were. We need to be fair and legal about it but the guilty people from the Biden administration must pay for their crimes. The damage was world-changing.

Good luck getting those 1,400 “pardoned” felons back into prison…

What if any of us used the auto-pen to pardon a friend or relative? Is that valid?
