Not a Surprise: 'No Kings' Protests Attended

The No Kings protests were a display of left-wing idiocy as participants dressed in costumes, chanted like ageing hippies at a Joan Baez concert, and held silly signs demanding that America have “no kings.” It would appear that they achieved their goal, since we haven’t been ruled by a monarch in 249 years. Great job, guys. As both our Nick Arama and Jennifer Oliver O’Connell noted in their coverage of the insanity, the crowds across the country seemed to look quite similar—they mostly seemed comprised of not-young white people. It turns out they were onto something, as American University researchers have discovered that one group in particular dominated the numbers

Comments:

I noticed the dearth of black demonstrators right off. Is that indicative of something?

They couldn't have picked a more idiotic theme for a protest if they set out to do so. Trump won the election over their flawed, incompetent candidate.... the whole ''you don't vote for Kings'' skit from Monty Python and the Holy Grail instantly comes to mind.

The burn-outs were in full force along the state highway that passes through my little SoCal town last weekend, where Brylcreem is trying to redistrict in order to create 3 additional dem districts (on the ballot as Prop 50). The most ridiculous sign among the crowd read, "Gas too expensive? Vote yes on 50." Unbelievable.

I don't know if there was a 'rally' in my area, but if there was I was not aware of it. From the reports I read, I first thought it was a bunch of old '60-'70's leftist radicals trying to relive their glory days. Later I saw a couple of national-based news reports that what crowds there were dissipated immediately after -what, 2 PM? -along with some notes that that was when their paid time was over. Given the advance publicity, there was obviously some paid group organizing this. Looking at images online, it's 90% older white people with a lot of older dumpy females scattered throughout. I guess these people have nothing better to do than to 'act out' their TDS. I'd say the whole thing was a 'bust'.

A college financial aid advisor allegedly strangled his girlfriend before setting fire to their upstate New York home while she and their newborn baby were inside, according to authorities and reports. Kidane Haile, 30, was indicted Thursday after a horrific scene unfolded at 8:35 a.m. on Oct. 18 when Buffalo firefighters responded to a blaze at an apartment on Norwood Avenue, the Erie County District Attorney’s Office said in a statement. Inside the home, first responders found Haile’s girlfriend, 29-year-old Kathleen “Katie” Carrig, and their 4-day-old son, Noah, unresponsive. Both the mother and son were pronounced dead on the scene, prosecutors said. Haile strangled Carrig before setting the house ablaze, prosecutors alleged.

The truth is under there. A popular UFO-reporting app has recorded thousands of sightings of Unidentified Submersible Objects (USOs) near US waterways — phenomena which high-ranking US Navy officials warn could pose a threat to national security. Enigma, which touts itself as the “largest queryable historical sighting database for global UFO sightings,” claims it has received reports on over 30,000 Unidentified Flying Objects and Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena since launching in late 2022. But the sightings haven’t been limited to the skies, with reports also coming in about strange objects rising from the depths of the sea, or plunging into the water without so much as a splash.

A fighter jet and a helicopter based off the aircraft carrier USS Nimitz both crashed into the South China Sea within 30 minutes of each other, the Navy’s Pacific Fleet said. The three crew members of the MH-60R Sea Hawk helicopter were rescued on Sunday afternoon, and the two aviators in the F/A-18F Super Hornet fighter jet ejected and were recovered safely, and all five “are safe and in stable condition,” the fleet said in a statement. The causes of the two crashes were under investigation, the statement said. Another aircraft carrier, the USS Harry S. Despite shouts by security and law enforcement to halt, the driver would not stop, requiring authorities to fire multiple rounds in order to blunt the driver's momentum. This was the evening after protesters arrived early in the morning to storm the base in an attempt to disrupt vehicles and personnel from entering. Attendance was so bad, the legacy media was using protest shots from years ago. Worse still, the smattering of crowds were all old, white hippies. MSNBC falsely aired video from 2017 claiming it was LIVE footage from yesterday’s “No Kings” rally in Boston in order to portray a massive turnout for “No Kings.” It was anything but. These are theatrics, performances engineered by the global left elite (Soros et al). The bottom line is the far left is a fringe movement amplified by the Democrats and their media axis. Wind power has been sold to us as an environmental utopia, with lower costs, but ends up being nothing of the sort in practice. With the aid of government subsidies, we are putting up electric generating windmills all over the place. Such subsidies include the Production Tax Credit (PTC), which, according to the Institute for Energy research (IRER), provides a per-kilowatt-hour tax credit for electricity generated by qualified wind projects; and the Investment Tax Credit (ITC), which provides a tax credit based on the investment made in renewable energy projects, including wind.
