HOUSTON, Texas — A Union Pacific railroad employee reported the discovery of a brush fire near a storage facility along an interstate highway in Houston. Firefighters responded and found the partially burned body of a man hanging by a rope from the overpass, police officials stated.
The grim discovery of a man found hanging and partially burned beneath a Houston freeway Thursday night has drawn chilling parallels to cartel-style executions long documented by Breitbart’s Cartel Chronicles Project in northern Mexico, where bodies are often displayed in public as a message. While Houston police have not confirmed any connection to organized crime, investigators say the circumstances strongly suggest homicide,

Homicide suspected? Ya don't say.
I suppose he COULD have put a noose around his neck, lit himself on fire, and then jumped, though...

Mexican cartel members in Houston? Say it ain't so. I am sure that they just waltzed across the border when president demented was in charge. Hell, half of Houston proper looks like a Mexican barrio.

The suicidal guy just wanted to make sure so he kept a lighter in his pocket in case the rope didn't work.

I would suppose the rope would have burnt . There is the lady that stabbed herself to death 24 times. Why would a coroners need to be bribed.

Houston officials announce red herrings, then respond that there is no evidence of something no one ever said, while never solving any crimes related to the 7 bodies thrown into the bayous, or now hung from the rail overpasses. We are told nothing to worry about, things are being investigated. Crime is out of control, but most is not reported by police, and if it is, or arrests made, the judges let them go. Meantime, meetings are structured around wage and benefit increases, not addressing crime.

Also, near a homeless camp. Sounds like organized crime. Wonder how much of a police presence is in the area. If LE visibility is low, it's probably a high crime area. Texas has a cartel problem? Wouldn't be a surprise.

Cartels routinely do this in Mexico. 100% this is cartel activity. Find them and duplicate the process for them.

To be fair, there have been cases where a corpse was used by those who had nothing to do with the death. It's extremely rare, though, and unless this is someone who really, really, really wanted to kill themselves ... It's a homicide.

I guess unlike the woman who supposedly committed suicide by stabbing herself 22 times, including in the back, being burned and hung on a railway freeway overpass, and being considered a homicide, seems to me to be a DUH! Ya think?!

Are they implying that the deceased climbed up to the overpass, tied himself to it and set himself on fire before he jumped?

Naw, the guy just stopped to tie his shoe, slipped on a lighter, and next thing you know his shoelace go entangled with his neck and the overpass as his pants caught fire. It's a shame when that happens.

GEE, Ya think? Not too many people are talented and agile enough to light a fire then hang themselves over it!
Gotta be the DEI Houston Police making such a statement!
