The Reactions to Obama's Post About His
Presidential Center Are Hilarious

I don't know if you've seen anything about Barack Obama's presidential center. But if you didn't, he posted about it on Saturday. It's been a boondoggle now for some time. It is, in fact, the perfect representation of Barack Obama. Here's a Newsweek headline on the project: "Behind Schedule, Over Budget, and Mired in Lawsuits."The local community was also unhappy with it or had concerns. One resident called it a "monstrosity," taking away from the beautiful area that once was there. So much for the feelings of the locals. Guess those got lost in the narcissism.

The Obama Center is the most gawd-awful-looking structure in the land. No windows to speak of, but a.skylight. I would be afraid of getting trapped in there if there were a fire. Obama can have it.

Residents are losing green space parkland. Local taxes and rents are going up due to having his library in the neighborhood. Building is ugly and sticks out like a sore thumb. Construction costs are going through the roof. Does Obama care?

Every time I see the Obama Library I think of the young girls who’d been to Epstein Island and described Epstein’s member as being shaped like an egg. Also, the lack of windows to let in light is a perfect metaphor for Obama’s arrogant, angry and foolish leadership. Surprise, Chicago! You voted for the thug and now you get to look at the results every day: the ugliest building in America dropped like a dog t*rd in your city.

We were in Paris some years ago and on the trip to the airport we saw the "assisted housing" had buildings like that for the "migrants" currently overrunning France. Gray, depressing concrete blocks. At least those had some small windows. It fits Obama's monument tho...a soulless concrete block. I guess it fits his Soviet outlook about their ugly apartment buildings with their 800 square foot units.

Obama's library/monolith/death star/Muslim place of worship is an abomination, much the same as his presidency. Now he's being accused of funneling donations from the structure to other liberal causes, and probably no small amount into his own pockets...channeling his inner Clinton. Wouldn't it be great if all the donors walked away and the Obama Presidential Library became a graffiti stained outhouse that never reaches completion.

One of the recent memes from the New York Post showed the Obama library on the left and a large gray garbage can on the right. Almost twin images. Same difference. Also shown among the memes was the album cover of Who's Next (1971), maybe the greatest rock album of all time. The iconic front picture shows a large concrete obelisk in an isolated field of of rocks somewhere outside London, perhaps the blank side of a WW2 bomb shelter. The band is zipping up after having "anointed" the concrete chunk. Who's going to anoint the Chicago structure?

The word "change' should be as unpleasant as our "four-letter" words. Using it without context means anything the listener want it to be. Muslims hear Sharia, illegals hear citizenship, Democrats hear more free stuff, etc. And yes, the building is as ugly as their souls.

The general shape of Zero's "Presidential Center" is such that every time I see it, I am reminded of a monument called "The Mask of Sorrow". This monument is located in Magadan, Russia, at the eastern end of the 1,262-mile long Road of Bones. It is a monument to all the prisoners who suffered and died, both in the Soviet gulags in the 1930-1970's, and the prisoners who died building the Road of Bones, and whose bones are buried in the dirt-work of the road. Here is a link to a photo and an explanation of the monument. https://www.historyhit.com/locations/mask-of-sorrow/

Going back 250 years, the enemies of America thought long and hard about how to destroy the fledgling experiment of a democratic republic that our Founding Fathers had envisioned. It was and continues to be clear to them that America’s strength is a function of three phenomena: A fervent belief in the God Who makes miracles happen, for just one example the crushing defeat of the thunderously powerful English Empire’s armies by blazing patriots like General George Washington and his ragtag army of American heroes. An equally ardent belief in and passion for the concept of freedom.

This entire exercise is a thought experiment, an attempt to look at illegal immigration through the lens of simplicity. Regardless of whether the numbers are distorted, underinflated, or politically manipulated, the point remains: the cost to the U.S. taxpayer is enormous. It takes away from their children’s future, their retirement security, and their ability to pay monthly bills. This is not a partisan rant, it’s a segmented breakdown of a quiet crisis. In a time when families are tightening budgets and questioning every dollar spent, one cost remains largely invisible, yet it drains billions from our economy and erodes the moral foundation of our republic.
