Far-left President of Colombia Gustavo Petro accused President Donald Trump of being “rude and ignorant” to Colombia after Trump called him an “illegal drug dealer” on Sunday.In a Truth Social post on Sunday, President Trump accused Petro of being an “illegal drug leader strongly encouraging the massive production of drugs” in Colombia and denounced that Petro’s administration has done nothing to stop drug trafficking despite the United States’ large scale payments and subsidies. As a result, President Trump announced that he would suspend all U.S. payments and subsidies to Colombia.
