Joe Biden's post-presidency has been rough, to put it mildly. Nearly nine months after Donald Trump reclaimed the White House, Biden is holed up in Wilmington, Delaware, grappling with a reality that must feel like political exile. He's dealing not just with the sting of losing power, but also the inability to sell access and enrich his family. Though he won’t admit to the latter. The irony couldn’t be thicker. After years of attacking Trump and using the Justice Department in a desperate bid to put his successor behind bars, Biden now finds himself being told by his own advisers to stay quiet and act like a traditional ex-president.

A Florida man convicted of killing two women whose bodies were found in a rural pond is scheduled to be executed on Tuesday evening.
Samuel Lee Smithers, 72, is set to receive a lethal injection starting at 6 p.m. at Florida State Prison near Starke under a death warrant signed by Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis. When asked whether she had spoken to Joe Biden after news broke that he would begin radiation treatments for prostate cancer, Kamala stumbled through a strangely awkward exchange. MSNBC’s Eugene Daniels gently tried to draw out a warm or reassuring response. Instead, what viewers got was a revealing moment that felt almost uncomfortable.

This was an incredible week for news, and I am going to discuss just three of what I consider the most important events: The ongoing investigations and criminal indictments; the shutdown of the government, and the ceasefire and return of the hostages in Gaza.

Letitia James, the New York attorney general who confected a criminal case for financial fraud against President Trump has herself been charged with criminal mortgage frauds. Former head of the FBI James Comey has been indicted by a Virginia grand jury for making a false statement to Congress and obstructing a congressional investigation.

Over at last few years, people on the left have taken exception to the mission of Turning Point USA (TPUSA). Our leftist university campuses in particular have criticized the TPUSA mission, since it advocates conservative and religious values.
Since the assassination of Charlie Kirk, the founder of the organization, attempts to ban the organization have grown exponentially. And if they oppose the plans of TPUSA, they have good reason to be worried about maintaining their leftist agenda:
