President Donald Trump pulled off a monumental accomplishment with the peace deal in Gaza. He will be going to Israel to speak there on Monday. The hostages are expected to be released on Monday. Twenty of the remaining 48 are reportedly believed to be alive. Negotiators instrumental in the deal, Steve Witkoff and Trump's son-in-law Jared Kushner, were in Israel ahead of Trump on Saturday. They were in Tel Aviv's Hostage Square along with Ivanka Trump and a crowd of tens of thousands of people waving Israeli and American flags, cheering what the Trump team has achieved.

None of this would have been possible - - without the brilliant groundwork laid by Tough Tony Blinken and Jake "The Snake" Sullivan. If President Trump is put up on a pedestal - - Tough Tony and The Snake should be standing beside him.

I hope and pray that this peace deal holds, but for more than 40 years we have seen deal after deal eventually fail, so, regrettably, I have serious doubts.

Obama will never side with Trump and never give him credit for anything. Obama essentially sided with the terrorists. He let ISIS create a caliphate which Trump tore down in six months. Obama supported Hamas who used that support to massacre Israelis. Trump supported Israel and helped them castrate Hamas.

I’m of the same mind as #3. I’d love to genuinely celebrate but this may just be another Islamist trick in the interest of stalling for time. What is my evidence? History and a ratio of 165 Israelis released : 2K Palestinian terrorists. The numbers seem to be that lopsided in these agreements. Remember when we released 5 senior Taliban leaders for Bowe Bergdahl? Today Al Jazeera reported the following: “One freed (Hamas) prisoner, Shadi Abu Seed, said he faced years of abuse while in Israeli custody. ‘I went hungry for the past two years,’ he said upon being released. ‘I swear to God, they didn’t feed us. They kept us naked. They beat us while we were naked day and night. We were tortured.’” Doubtless Mr. Seed and others of the 1700 Palestinians freed will want retribution and the cycle will continue.

President Donald Trump’s 25 percent tariffs on foreign-made cars have scored the nation’s Rust Belt a major manufacturing victory as Stellantis announces a $13 billion investment and plans to reshore production from overseas. On Wednesday, Stellantis executives said the automaker would be investing billions into the United States market, including more than $600 million to reopen the Belvidere Assembly Plant in Belvidere, Illinois, after having closed it under the Biden administration. This investment in the U.S. – the single largest in the Company’s history – will drive our growth, strengthen our manufacturing footprint and bring more American jobs to the states we call home,”

Since the Affordable Care Act (ACA) became law, Americans have faced soaring health care insurance premiums, which have more than doubled since 2013. Surging deductibles have compounded the issue, creating a double whammy to affordability. Government subsidies, often touted as relief, merely mask the skyrocketing prices rather than addressing the root causes, thereby obscuring consumers from the true cost of care.A lesser-known ACA option, Copper plans, feature high deductibles but significantly lower premiums, typically 20 to 30 percent less than Bronze plans and up to 60 percent less than Platinum plans.

The drawn expression on Vice President Kamala Harris's face betrayed the discomfort she attempted to hide when she grudgingly praised Donald Trump and his administration for negotiating the release of the last living 10/7 hostages in Hamas’s hands. Nevertheless, she added, the way Gaza was “treated with such brutality of force” during the war could not be erased. “A lot of folks in your party have called what's happening in Gaza a genocide,” MSNBC correspondent Eugene Daniels observed. “Do you agree with that?” Harris paused. “It is a term of law that a court will decide,” she replied. “But I will ...

Czech President Petr Fiala just issued a vague press release claiming that “organized groups acting against state interests” were targeting his national security advisor. The bizarre release comes just days after his party lost the Czech prime ministerial election to Andrej Babis and his Trump-aligned Czech nationalist coalition. This isn’t a new defense strategy from Fiala. It’s a tried and true one, plagiarized from Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. In July 2025, Zelenskyy signed legislation stripping Ukraine’s independent anti-corruption agencies of their autonomy, giving a loyalist prosecutor general power to close investigations, transfer cases, and access all files. His justification? The agencies were infiltrated by “Russian influence.”
