A federal grand jury in Virginia has indicted New York Attorney General Letitia James on a bank fraud charge.
The grand jury was meeting in the Eastern District of Virginia court to weigh the charges on Thursday, sources confirmed to Fox News.
Earlier this year, the Justice Department opened an investigation into James for alleged mortgage fraud. James successfully won a civil case last year against President Donald Trump and his Trump Organization over allegations of faulty business practices.

In WW2 submarine warfare, torpedoes were guided by gyroscopes to keep them running on a straight course. If the gyro was faulty, a rare event, but not unheard of, the torpedo could continuously do a small turn to one side, instead of tong straight. A constant turn to one side will cause a "circular run" where the torpedo will circle back to the point that it was launched from, a very bad thing if you launched.
Ol' Letitia has had a circular run and the torpedo that she launched is coming back to sink HER.
Greatly deserved.

Outstanding! But let’s hope there’s a conviction, remember nobody is above the law.

Glad this happened, but her legal bills are being paid by the taxpayers of New York. Given that the trial will be held in a blue state, I doubt if she will be convicted, although the evidence is conclusive. She will get away with this crime, both legally and financially.

Forgot to add that the jury will hear that the original prosecutor was fired and that Trump bad mouthed his AG because she was not moving fast enough to convict her and others. They may vote not guilty on that alone, unless the judge throws the case out on the basis of unlawful prosecution. I don't think Tish is going to lose a lot of sleep over this one.

That TDS karma is a female dog, ain't it, Letitia? Are you starting to regret you legal career yet? No? We'll axe you that question again in a month. You messed with the wrong guy. Get a boulder-sturdy Acme parasol from Wile E. Coyote to fend off the coming legal rockfall. It's approaching at thirty-two feet per second squared.

She campaigned that she was going to take down Trump. Now she's playing the Religious card --- waiting for the Race card ---- and the Sexist card --- and whatever else cards she can play.....in 3------2-------1.

I wouldn't get too excited about this indictment, because somehow, mysteriously, this case has been assigned to a black Biden appointed judge so you know a conviction will never happen. Unfortunately black communist death democrat politicians are above the law. Only when pigs fly the immensely obese, lesbian, Tish James will get convicted. Sorry for the negativity but also somehow, mysteriously, a Biden appointed judge has been assigned to oversee that traitor Comey's trial. Expect the same outcome of acquittal in both cases.

Re #12, the only question is which of Ms. James' many apparently false statements on loan applications are cited in this indictment. In her very first loan application she reportedly claimed to be married to her father.

In order to convict her in NY it will take the prosecution revealing she is in fact a secret Republican. Otherwise, she walks.

RE #21: The indictment is in Virginia not New York. They stand a better chance, though not much better.
As to the indictment, "No one is above the law." Sound familiar, Tish??? Heh!

She won't be convicted by a jury in that cesspool that that NY is rapidly becoming. At least it will help expose what happens when a crook of a certain demographic gets in any position of power.
