As RedState’s Susie Moore reported Monday, the FBI revealed bombshell information that former Special Counsel Jack Smith and his team spied on nearly a dozen GOP senators as part of the "Arctic Frost" investigation into January 6th and the 2020 election. According to documents released by Director Kash Patel, Smith and his gang allegedly tracked the phone calls of GOP Sens. Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, Marsha Blackburn of Tennessee, Ron Johnson of Wisconsin, Josh Hawley of Missouri, Cynthia Lummis of Wyoming, Bill Hagerty of Tennessee, Dan Sullivan of Alaska, Tommy Tuberville of Alabama and GOP Rep. Mike Kelly of Pennsylvania.

What about the average citizens that had their 4th amendment rights trampled by this group of FBI thugs?

Good. However I am a bit curious as to why there was not a sweeping investigation to begin with, at least at the upper ranks, Mr. Patel went into the situation knowing full well that he had - many? - it seemed like many to me, that were doing serious trouble. They needed uprooting and fired. I hope he is aware that we may only have three years left to clean house. It seems Patel and Bondi are working off the same script.

Investigations mean nothing if they don't end with prosecutions and jail time.
Without significant consequences it WILL happen again! A slap on the hand is not adequate.
Bosses who authorized it, agents who carried it out, and anyone who knew about it and helped keep the secret.

Great!; an investigation. Next we can expect a congressional hearing. If that comes up empty, we can still hope for a strongly-worded letter. It's really hard not to be cynical when all you've ever experienced is disappointment.

When I was young I was so naive. I trusted and even idolized federal law enforcement, especially the FBI. In my eyes they were incorruptible and completely dedicated to duty. That was the kind of cop I wanted to be.
40 years later I realize I was completely wrong. I will never trust, work with or believe them ever again. They better hope I'm not on a jury where they are testifying. Witness credibility matters.

Good Job, Mr. Patel!
Yesterday it was announced that this crooked activity was conducted by various FBI agents.
TODAY Mr. Patel FIRED THEM ALL..... with an investigation and 'further consequences to follow".
Cash said: "Transparency is important, and accountability is critical. We promised both, and this is what promises kept looks like… We terminated employees, we abolished the weaponized CR-15 squad, and we initiated an ongoing investigation with more accountability measures ahead."
I don't see how he could do any more on the FIRST DAY after this came to light.
Especially compared to the crooks like Janet Reno that worked for the 'Rats, Mr. Patel is moving decisively and with lightning speed.

Lindsey probably paid them to include him in the list of congress people spied on. Why would they spy on him? Firing them is great; putting them in prison is way better.

Well, we kept saying, even before the election, that the entire FBI organization needed to be handed their “pink slip” OR at minimum, be required to interview for their own jobs, else be laid off. Moving the entire FBI org to North Dakota would really thin the ranks too. Anyway, Patel should be less “surprised” than he is ticked off that he hasn’t done the aforementioned much faster.

No doubt here about whether they were given lawful orders. The FBI people should have quit on the spot. The same with J6 and Mara Lago participants. Law enforcement CAN NOT be political.

#12 is correct. Okay, they were fired but when are they arrested. What they did was against the law. No warrant, etc. When they are through arresting these thugs, then go after Biden/Obama.

I am guessing that some of those "fired" were actually forced to retire with full benefits. Not good enough!

Well, it's a start.
Now do all the ones who acted as instigators and inciters of the "Jan 6" debacle. and its aftermath.

She probably won't do it, but I wish that my Senator would sue in her individual capacity against the infamous Jack Smith. Sue him back to the stone age and bury him in his purple international court garb (short for garbage).

Who ordered this? Those fired FBI agents follow orders. The J6 investigation was toxic abuse of power. This stuff did not happen in a vacuum. Who was behind it.
