An anti-ICE protester in Massachusetts forgot to put her car in park while yelling at agents making an arrest of an illegal alien and her car rolled into a lake and sank, an Immigration and Customs Enforcement source tells Fox News.
It happened in Upton, Massachusetts, a small town in Worcester County, roughly 40 miles west of Boston.
Video and a photo, provided to Fox News by an ICE source, captured the incident.
In the clip, a voice can be heard saying, “Well that sucks. Look at that, Lucy. Her car got lost,” as the woman’s car drifts farther into the water.
An officer can also be seen passing in front of the camera

Too funny; I'm certain this woman will have a well-deserved starring role in numerous memes. Looking forward to this Saturday's meme review.

I lift up these men and women doing this job.
I pray for their safety and their ability to stand up to the verbal abuse.

When I first saw this this morning it put a grin on my face from ear to ear. It was made all the more delicious because it was one of those mouthy rotund women who seem to think what they have to say matters. Hee hee.

Charge that broad with polluting the lake, as there is probably a gallon of oil and several gallons of gasoline in the car.

How do you file something like this with your insurance carrier? Will they pay for losses incurred while impeding Federal Agents doing their job? Asking for a friend.

She was told not to park there, but did so anyway.
Her insurance should NOT cover this in my opinion. It was her own negligence and fault.
I'm sure she feels better that she was able to yell at the ICE agents though.

Well, she can’t lie to her insurance about this. Though, she’s a lib and lying is their default. Good luck with that.

I'm no expert, but I don't think insurance will cover you if the loss is incurred during a crime. But 1st amendment ....? I dunno.

I watched it 10 times and each time I laughed harder than the time before. Petty and childish? Yeah, but who cares. At least she did not hurt/kill anyone with her idiot behavior. I think I need to go watch it again. Usually when I need a small pick me up I watch kitten videos on youtube. This video is going to the top of my list. Remember people put it in park.

I handled auto insurance claims for over 30 years, including 9 years as a property damage claim supervisor. If she has “comprehensive “ coverage on her auto policy, her claim will be paid. Since it sank and tge water got above the dashboard, the car will be declared a total loss and she will be paid the actual cash value.
If auto insurance coverage excluded stupidity, half of the claim files could be closed.

I love how the agents continued business as usual. They may have acted if the car was sinking and she couldn't squeeze out of the driver's seat. Maybe.

If she has comprehensive coverage the insurance will pay. But I can almost guarantee she will not be offered renewal.

#19 and #23 are correct. I was a property and casualty agent for 43 years. Unfortunately, if she has comprehensive coverage, the claim will have to be paid. I hope she gets non-renewed. If I had a customer like that, I would try to somehow get rid of her.
