Former FBI Director James Comey was indicted by a federal grand jury Thursday on charges of making false statements and obstruction of justice.
“No one is above the law,” Attorney General Pam Bondi said in a statement on X. “Today’s indictment reflects this Department of Justice’s commitment to holding those who abuse positions of power accountable for misleading the American people. We will follow the facts in this case.”

He really is one of the slimiest "public servants" ever. Problem is there are a whole lot more of them.

I watched CBS Evening News, at 26 minutes into their 30 minute show they finally reported Comeys indictment, approx 20 seconds of airtime. This was followed by a report on a 113 year old woman that eats yogurt.
All the news you need to know.

Lying to congress should not be a crime. At least not until its a crime for them to lie to us.

They should arrange shells on the beach that say ''20 Years To Life.''

#5 remembers that and so do I. That should be brought up in trial. Of course he said he just "happened to find them" on the beach.

Comey's story of finding those shells on the beach is something a 12 year old would cook up.

Well, at least it's not in DeeCee. If it were, then we KNOW he would walk.
Let's see what happens in the Eastern District of VA.

I feel a lot like the rest of you. I am really believing Trump’s public posting on X to “Pam” basically a smack down to get off her duff and get ‘er done is why this happened today. I think he was as sick of tough talk and no arrests or indictments as the rest of us.

I realize they want to get their digs in but this 'no one is above the law' phrase needs to go.
No need to attempt to mimic Dem hypocrisy and lame slogans.

Have to believe that there are more than a few Dems from the Biden administration wondering if they are next.

Poster 13, Pam was about to let the second incident of lying to lying congress critters incident expire. They should have more on him than making false statements and obstruction of justice. Is hillary sitting comfortable with no worries? Has the statutes of limitations expired for her crimes?

He's lucky that he's dealing with Trump. I'd put him against a wall and have him shot for treason, along with more than a few others.

About time. However, the acting US Attorney for the ED of Virginia where Comey was indicted, is Mz. Halligan - whose experience as an attorney is limited to the private sector - working in a large Florida firm defending insurance companies. But hey, she's attractive.....

That line about nobody being above the law was always stupid, and even more so now. Its painfully obvious that a great many people are above the law. Their numbers increase as their income and access to politicians increases.

wow. may we suppose doj forgot to charge 'littering in the king's street'. what tossers. bondi is a failure.
for God's sakes, our govt is chockablock w/ english-style woke weaponised globalists. all proven slackers w/ pensions. don't take them to tea and hope morale improves. get a clue.
fire them. en masse. yesterdaaaay!!
imho, the law enforcement postings are the most important to an orderly administration. no crooks, cowards, goldbrickers, or whingers.
our country, and every country, have seen the ravages of ruthless injustice, from thuggery to high treason.
comey's charge is treason-not just menacing w seashells and leering at swifties.
it is doubtful the citizenry have forgotten the illegal unconstitutional-and-continuing- evils of the previous gangster regimes; the innocent patriots, still suffering in prison:
the endless illnesses, bankruptcies, assassinations, murders and suicides, the spread of arson and terrorism
-- for profit -- from southern texas to southern california
-even hawaii is not exempt from mass murder.
stop the stupid.
