Florida Officials Send Brutal Message
to Teachers Celebrating Charlie Kirk's Death

Florida state officials announced on Thursday that they are monitoring how teachers are reacting to the assassination of Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk. Educators could face consequences if they are caught celebrating or justifying Kirk’s death. In a memo sent to school district superintendents, Florida’s commissioner of education Anastasios Kamoutsas wrote, “It has been brought to my attention that some Florida educators have posted despicable comments on social media regarding the horrific assassination of Charlie Kirk.” “These few are not a reflection of the great, high-quality teachers who make up the vast majority of Florida’s educators,” Kamoutsas continued.

Comments:

Absolutely needed!! Celebrating the murder of ANYONE, left or right, is reprehensible and disgusting, inhuman behavior!! I'm willing to bet these keyboard warriors don't have the testicular fortitude to say these things to the faces of Charlie Kirk’s family!!

Some Florida teachers, corrupted by leftist politics, are going to get their walking papers. That's good. I hope they holler real loud when they're let go for being indecent people. Stephen King, mentioned late in the article, continues to offer evidence that he has lost his soul, if he ever had one to begin with. A vile individual he is.

There was a teacher here in Iowa that made the mistake of making a nasty post about Charlie Kirk. It hit facebook, with his name and the name and phone number of the school - with a comment about do you really want someone like this teaching your kids.

Aint it a got damned shame that they have to issue this to allegedly educated people? IMO anyone who needed this warning should not be teaching young people. The warning works for right now probably. But in a few weeks these despicable people will still be there.

We have a teacher in our city school district (PA) who posted that Charlie deserves no empathy "because he's a racist". Libs of TikTok caught it so now this teacher is receiving considerable blowback from those who are unhappy with her comment. The school district has asked for a police presence in the school where she teaches in order to keep everyone safe. Seems a bit of projection is taking place here. They assume that we'd behave the same way they would. This is a far cry from the way Fla. is handling things but then we have Josh as our governor.

It seems like people now have to publish their hatred. Why can't they just talk among themselves? Particularly in this situation where a wife and two little children lost their husband and father, it speaks to extremely slack upbringing and mental disturbance. I believe that the tide is turning and that this will be a conversion call to anyone with any decency left, to depart the Democratic party. They should be ashamed of themselves!

Does CNN Have Blood on Its Hands in Anti-ICE Shooting? 8 replies

The anti-ICE shooting in Dallas this week wasn’t just the act of a deranged gunman. It was the predictable outcome of years of media-driven demonization of immigration enforcement. The left’s rhetoric lit the match, but it’s the corporate press that kept pouring gasoline on it. FBI investigators say this was no spontaneous outburst. It was premeditated, deliberate, and designed to terrorize immigration officers. The shooter, 29-year-old Joshua Jahn, positioned himself on a rooftop overlooking the Dallas ICE field office and opened fire on a detainee transport van and the building’s secure entry point. The shooter hit three detainees, and one of them later died. Agents narrowly avoided the intended massacre.

The legacy media is bleeding out, so it’s worth taking another whack at them over this story. They tried to lie to us about undercover FBI agents on Capitol Grounds during the January 6 riot. How do we know? Oh, the bureau admitted it. With Trump as president again, and the credibility of this institution continuing to decay, it’s time to deliver the death blow. We were right—there were FBI assets on the ground. In fact, there were hundreds of agents among the crowd. We finally have a number: 275 (via The Blaze): [Tweet]

President Trump addressed the United Nations today and roasted the world’s elites right to their faces. Our own Katie Pavlich is traveling with the president, noting that, unlike his first presidency, these leaders aren’t laughing anymore. Trump means business, and he doesn’t bluff. Yet, there might have been acts of sabotage, something that White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said must be investigated. These aren’t unfounded accusations; some UN staffers were joking about screwing around with the escalators, which stopped working as soon as the president and First Lady Melania Trump hopped on them. The microphones were also not functioning correctly, and the teleprompter was malfunctioning.

There’s a lot of hate and vitriol flying around the internet these days, which has only increased since the tragic, senseless assassination of Charlie Kirk. Leftist media pundits have openly pondered whether Kirk deserved his awful fate, while vicious Democrat politicians like Reps. Ilhan Omar (MN) and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (NY) are vilifying the man even before his memorial has taken place. It’s been an ugly thing to watch. Here’s a different take, however, delivered by legendary singer, actor, and showman Pat Boone, a man who has spent many years in the spotlight (he’s now 91 years young).

Local ABC affiliate WMUR reported that the New Hampshire Attorney General’s office said police had arrested suspect 23-year-old Hunter Nadeau. DeCesare was eating dinner with his wife and daughter at the time the shooter began firing. His mother, Evie O’Rourke, said DeCesare bravely jumped up to protect his family and was killed while doing so.

The Charlie Kirk assassination upended a lot of the common tenets of politics, not to mention the unsaid rules of a civil society. Not too long ago, it was universally considered taboo to celebrate the death of anyone, yet thanks to social media and the Left, we’ve all seen people we know, people who teach our children and treat our health, dance and sing and celebrate a murder. The vast majority of Americans, usually silent at times like this, are feeling a percolating rage build up. Many everyday Americans have decided to channel this energy by reporting the online murder celebrants to their employers, leading to many getting fired.

The assassination of Charlie Kirk has become a defining moment in American politics, and not just because of the tragedy itself. When Tyler Robinson gunned down Kirk last week at Utah Valley University, he didn’t just take a life; he exposed a shocking reality: Some on the left celebrated the attack. That reaction has now triggered what’s being called the “Charlie Kirk effect,” a historic wave of Democrats abandoning their party and joining the GOP. The numbers tell the story better than any pundit could. According to a report from The New York Post, across states like Florida and New Mexico,

Following the assassination of Charlie Kirk, there was a sigh of relief when the suspected shooter finally got caught. But now, according to reports, investigators are looking into whether this was more than just a radicalized young man with a gun and perhaps part of a bigger conspiracy. While the alleged shooter, 22-year-old Tyler Robinson, sits in custody, the FBI’s probe is beginning to suggest that this was no simple case of a disturbed individual snapping. What’s emerging looks far more deliberate, disturbingly organized, and rooted in the leftist networks that have turned political violence into a feature of modern activism.
