Feds Charge Philly Chef With Voting Twice
in Last Presidential Election

Original Article

We hear a lot of vague accusations these days of misdeeds in presidential elections. Voter fraud this, voter fraud that. But we don’t actually see many accusations result in specific allegations against an individual person, let alone specific allegations that result in a criminal indictment. That’s why a new case caught my eye. (Snip) Prosecutors allege that in October 2024, Pack showed up at an early voting location in New Jersey and cast a vote in the presidential election on a voting machine there. And then when Election Day came last November, she allegedly showed up at Christy Recreation Center

Comments:

Here's a case where early voting facilitated fraud. No word on for whom she voted. But West Philly is not a MAGA hot spot.

There should be lots of individual prosecutions to dissuade people from voting twice. It happens a lot and nothing is done.

WASHINGTON – Read the opinions for yourself. That’s the message Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor had Sept. 10 for viewers of the “Late Show with Stephen Colbert” the day after her blistering response to her conservative colleagues’ latest ruling siding with the Trump administration. The majority said the administration can for now resume the indiscriminate immigration-related stops in southern California that sparked protests and charges of racial profiling. In her dissent for the court’s three liberals, Sotomayor said the majority’s decision “is yet another grave misuse of our emergency docket.” “We should not have to live in a country where

Reports surfaced this week suggesting that Chelsea Clinton may be considering a run for Congress in New York's 12th District, where longtime Democratic Representative Jerry Nadler has announced his retirement. The reports about Clinton, the daughter of former President Bill Clinton and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, come as Democratic strategists weigh who could consolidate support in a rapidly expanding field. However, she has repeatedly insisted over the years that she has no plans to enter politics. Newsweek reached out to Chelsea Clinton via email for comment. Nadler's retirement marks the end of a three-decade career in Congress, including

Arthur Battle, now 37, will soon be eligible for parole after spending his entire adult life behind bars. The unusual case made headlines in 2006 when a trip to a Hollywood Video near the Del Paso Country Club in Sacramento turned deadly. It calls for mandating more detailed disclosures of side effects. This initiative, spearheaded by HHS Secretary Robert F. For the United States Supreme Court, State courts, clerk’s offices, businesses and people all over the Country, a “postmark” was the date stamped on a piece of first-class mail by the U.S. Postal Service indicating the day the piece of mail was received by the Postal Service. That meaning of a “postmark” is soon to be no more. The USPS has a “new” meaning for a postmark and wants to make the new meaning official through a proposed regulation. The change carries real implications for taxpayers, voter registration by mail, voting by mail, as well as the legal profession.
