As the Associated Press reported, U.S. District Judge Jamal Whitehead, a Biden judge from Seattle, on Monday ordered the Trump administration to admit around 12,000 refugees into America under a court order partially barring the president’s attempts to suspend the nation’s refugee admissions program. At the same time, he ignored the possibility that these refugees could pose a threat to America.
“This Court will not entertain the Government’s result-oriented rewriting of a judicial order that clearly says what it says,”
Hyrum Baquedano-Rodriguez, 26, an illegal from Honduras, had charges, including home invasion and child abduction, dropped in the blue city of Fairfax, Virginia, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has announced he is now in their custody.
According to Fox News, “Fairfax County police arrested Baquedano-Rodriguez on Nov. 9, 2021, and charged him with three counts of indecent liberties, including exposing genitals to a child and indecent exposure.”
After local authorities dropped a series of his charges, ICE stepped in and arrested Baquedano-Rodriguez, who is now in custody pending removal.
Attorney General Pam Bondi said Tuesday that authorities have made one of the biggest fentanyl busts in U.S. history with the seizure of 11.5 kilos of the drug, including 3 million pills.
Bondi said that around 35 kilos of methamphetamine, 35 kilos of meth, 7.5 kilos of cocaine and 4.5 kilos of heroin were also seized along with $5 million in cash and 49 rifles and pistols.
Sixteen people including three women, were arrested in the operation. Six of the males are in the U.S. illegally, Bondi said.

A group of anti-Israel protesters occupied a building at the University of Washington (UW) in Seattle on Monday before police in riot gear intervened and arrested at least 30 of them, according to officials.
The protesters occupied an engineering building on campus for hours and demanded that the school divest from Boeing, the large aerospace and defense manufacturer which has a long history with the university.

A 55-year-old Akron woman was arrested May 5 and charged with multiple drug offenses after a raccoon was discovered in her vehicle holding a meth pipe in its mouth, Springfield Township police posted on Facebook.
Officers initially conducted a traffic stop at about 7:15 p.m. after identifying a vehicle whose owner had both an active warrant and a suspended driver's license.
After officers detained the driver, police then discovered a raccoon named "Chewy" sitting in the driver's seat with a meth pipe in its mouth, police reported. Officers further inspected the vehicle after that discovery and ended up finding a "bulk amount" of meth, crack cocaine and three used glass meth pipes.
