The Elon Musk-led Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) has been placed under updated restrictions, per a recent decision by U.S. District Judge Ellen Hollander in Baltimore. DOGE’s access is now limited when it comes to Social Security systems that contain personal data on citizens across the nation, the Associated Press (AP) reported on Thursday, noting that Hollander issued a preliminary injunction in the case after issuing a temporary restraining order. The case was brought by several labor unions and retired individuals who claim DOGE has violated privacy laws and its work has resulted in a risk to security. In her ruling, Hollander said the objective to uncover government waste and fraud

It's funny how corrupt judges hand out rulings that they expect others to obey, when all they while these judges are themselves abusing and breaking the law. What a world?

One need not read the article or go further than the Headline. This is a Clinton, Obambi or Diaper Joe judge. Don't need a name or area or anything else. The pattern is so plain even the dumbest, like Barbara Boxer or AOC or Adam Schiff can guess who appointed the judge. But can one guess who has absolutely no clue? Ah, correct! John Roberts.

All Trump needs to do is tell this Judge to POUND BROKEN GLASS! All DOGE activity is ordered by POTUS, the Judge has NO authority here! IF the Judge persists, arrest him and file at least 50 charges. If we can't get rid of her, we can bankrupt her!

Even if names and personal information is exposed to DOGE, the same level as SS employees have, no privacy violations occur as long as that private information is not publicly released or shared with others. If caught committing fraud or abuse, them your name gets released to the proper SS authority who would address the issue. Stop the scare mongering.

As a lifelong journalist, I should be on the side of The Associated Press in its ongoing legal fight with the Trump White House. And I would be if the AP were the neutral, fact-driven wire service it used to be. Unfortunately, it has become just another outlet peddling leftist opinion disguised as straight news. And as its fight with the White House demonstrates, it also reeks of a sense of elite entitlement. The case involves the AP’s claims that its freedom of speech was violated when it was booted from its long-standing spot in the press pool, an elite, small group of legacy news outlets that get near-daily access to the president.

The bad memory: a psychopath picked up a boy at the Mall of America in Bloomington, Minnesota and threw him over a three-story balcony. The boy, Landen Hoffman, then five years old, fell 40 feet and suffered broken bones, severe head trauma, and internal injuries. It was and remains a horrible story—but there’s some good news. Now 11, Hoffman has worked hard and has been helped in his recovery by hero doctors and his supportive family, and he’s doing well.

The survey asked respondents, “Do you think Democrats should oppose everything that Trump is doing or should they take more of a wait-and-see attitude towards his actions?” Most respondents, 62 percent, believe they should take more of a wait-and-see attitude rather than immediately oppose the Trump agenda. This is compared to 39 percent who believe Democrats should “oppose everything Trump is doing.”
