Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD), ranking member of the House Judiciary Committee, says hundreds of illegal aliens “should have been afforded the right” to deny that they are associated with the Tren de Aragua or MS-13 gangs before they were deported from the United States by President Donald Trump’s administration.
As Breitbart News reported, Trump invoked the Alien Enemies Act to begin deporting hundreds of illegal alien gang members with Tren de Aragua and the MS-13 gangs, both of which are now designated as terrorist organizations.

What a moron this guy is. What proof could these tattooed criminals give that they did not belong. They are illegals whether they are gang members or not and gang members need to be removed. My advice to them is deport yourselves and avoid the El Salvador prisons. IMO Raskin is probably one of the most stupid and anti-American white people in Montgomery County---and that is saying something.

Tough rocks. Deny away, they are still illegals, and MUST be deported, gang members just get some priority.
Deport ALL illegal aliens, no exceptions.

Since the Republicans can't rely on the Demomedia to convey the truth, Musk needs to turn his young force on to making 1 minute shorts for YouTube and TikTok -

Kind of hard to quickly erase those face tattoos while you are denying gang membership.

They make their claim from the prison. Jamie can go down there to help them.

These Democraps are some of the dumbest people on the planet. How can they deny gang membership when they have “MS13” tattooed on their chests or their faces? What’s your first clue, Raskin?

The Democrats hate American citizens, and especially American taxpayers. Democrats do nothing for them but send them the bills for their largesse.

I', waiting for a liberal Judge or Democrat to claim that gang tattoos can not be used to identify someone as a "gang member" as looking at the tattoos amounts to an illegal search and seizure. They did not give permission to look at the tattoos. Democrats in Congress and liberal Judges will next ask that gang members be allowed to cover up their tattos during court with clothing and make-up so that the tattoos do not influence any jury or judge's decision. Sad thing is that a liberal Judge will agree based on some imaginary right against self incrimination and tattoos.

Maybe the gang tattoos were a bad idea, in retrospect?

Raskin has a large number of these gang members as constituents. He wants to keep them here so they can vote for him.

Let's send them to Rep. Raskin's district and let them hang around a while since their House Representative believes they should be afforded such time and consideration.
But, the RNC needs to be running ads commenting on such things for voters to be aware of what the Democrats want and are defending.

Re: #10. No expectation of privacy, so nothing to protect if it is public knowledge. Book them, and then deport them. For efficiency purposes do the paperwork as they board the transportation outta here. They weren't worried about legal rights when they shipped them in by personal invitation. They certainly weren't mindful of our legal rights when they transported them here.

Raskin is always lowlife trash and proves it every time he opens his vile mouth. Can someone explain to me why this vegetable was pardoned by the previous vegetable while he was on his way out of the WH??? Nothing would surprise me about this POS.
