#1, the good news about this minor but embarrassing mistake is that apparently a staff member has accidentally exposed himself as a l probable eak source. Nice. One down and a few hundred more to find And my advice to these intelligence official when they are being hypocritically grilled by the Democrats is to ask them where their awesome demands for accountability were when Biden and Mayorkas were flooding the country with criminals and terrorists. Talk about national security breaches.

I saw his interview on Laura Ingraham last night - I don't know, but he was talking a lot of babble. For crying out loud, in this day and age, why anything sensitive is being discussed on any electronic device, network, app, etc is beyond me.

My suggestion for "correcting" this situation is to contract the Israelis to hand out 2 free pagers to all the "journalists" like Goldberg who love to ambush Trump and his team... One pager for the journo and one that the journo can give to his secret leak source so they can both get in touch quickly. They should get a bang out of it

What have we learned from this? Trump's people messed up by including and them not realizing that Goldberg was included in the group chat. It also shows that Goldberg is a liberal hack journalist who will do whatever he can to make the Trump administration look bad. There is no need to share the texts. Just because you can, doesn't mean that you should.

This was no accident. It is my understanding that nothing classified was discussed. Goldberg of course rushed out to claim there was but he’s lying. It was a sweet opportunity for the Democrats to haul half of Trump’s Cabinet into Congress and rough them up with faux outrage, conveniently forgetting that they willfully let a dementia patient pretend to run the country for 4 years. Find out who did it and ruin them. This will soon pass.

Apparently the attacks were effectively over at the time the digital group chat took place. By the time Goldberg released the unclassified information that he said he gleaned from the chat no doubt the Houthis knew that they had been attacked and what targets had been hit and destroyed. Chances are the staffer at the NSC who put Goldberg’s telephone number on the group chat list was a anti-Trump Democrat who had facilitated previous contacts with Goldberg during the Biden Administration, as Goldberg is a far left media actor who was 101% in support of the Biden Administration’s progressive Democrat political agenda, so it is very doubtful that any Trump supporting Republican would have had Goldberg’s confidential phone number. You have to figure that since Elon Musk’s digital crew is looking into what happened that they will find out all the digital aspects of what really happened to create this incident. Also it appears that it was during the Biden Administration that the Signal ap. was placed in service as a government communication method, that now no doubt will be removed.

Mr. Goldberg proudly notes "I, however, knew two hours before the first bombs exploded that the attack might be coming." I don't understand what made Mr. Goldberg remain with the group, knowing his inclusion was unlikely to have been legitimate. He was only listed a "JG" rather than with his name, which would have raised alarm bells, given his reputation and partisanship. Surely he understood he was included by mistake, but he exploited our national interest by choosing to remain in the chat. He reminds me of someone who finds a bank has credited his account with funds that belong to someone else, but keeps his mouth shut hoping he can collect on the mistake at a later date. He's no better than the folks collecting Social Security checks to which they're not entitled. The proper thing to do would be to acknowledge the mistake and move on. That's what a person with integrity would have done. But that's not what happened.
