Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer admitted on PBS this week that Democrats intentionally stacked the courts with 235 “progressive judges” in order to stop President Donald Trump “time after time after time.”
Since President Trump triumphantly returned to the White House on January 20, 2025, his administration has faced an all-out legal assault — not from Congress or the will of the American people — but from a weaponized judicial branch hijacked by radical leftists.
In just under two months, President Trump has been hit with 132 legal challenges, with only two resolved.
And now, Chuck Schumer has admitted it all on national television.

No surprise there. Dems are big on "insurance policies."
Lawfare works well for them when they have enough lower court enforcers to override, or slow down a president and his agenda. What better way to prepare for losing the trust of the American people, than preemptively installing 235 radical judges to further the false narrative that lefty politicians actually care about their middle class constituents. Even a volunteer who no longer works for a presidential candidate can be spied upon with approval from a judge. And that can "legitimize" spying on all of the target's associates. Remember Carter Page?

Judges are supposed to be impartial, remember? They are supposed to make rulings based on the US Constitution, not whatever is best for their political party. But democrats don't follow the Constitution. They only use it as a weapon against their political rivals.

I remember reading that the dhims were pushing close to 300 judges thru the process at the end of The Moron's term. Guess these are the ones.

Chuck, you got it wrong. It's not progressive judges, it's regressive judges you put on the bench.

Hey, Chuck, you might think of giving your progressive judges a remedial course on the Constitution before installing them. They seem to have no understanding of it whatsoever. Start with Article II, Section 1.

Yep Chuckie, including "justice" roberts who is a member of the secretive club of anti-Trump judges an elite bunch of judges in DC that are out to destroy PREDIDENT Trump. I hear roberts "judge" buddies boasberg, whose daughter and wife are defenders of illegal rapists and murderers. ketanji jackson, another SC "judge" is also a member. roberts is also allegedly linked to soros funded legal fellowship. DISBAR THE ALL THE PEICES OF SHIFF. Judges are suppose to be non political. These "judges" are not. I often wondered what and who had something on roberts. wait long enough and the truth comes out. throw jackson and roberts off the court.

Much like Biden's admission of the "greatest cheating machine ever." They don't care if we know. We aren't forgetting that John Roberts is part of the problem.

In other words, they planned for this. What they are doing might be legal, but our government was never intended to work this way. Where is Congress? Where is the Supreme Court? Never be surprised if it turns out both bodies (and both parties) are secretly supporting this. It's a power struggle between reformers and business as usual but business as usual will lead to collapse. What they are doing is not sustainable.

Okay...so give US your best shot...President Trump seems to be winning...winning...winning...for America.....WE have been speculating for month how the leftie elites in the swamp would react...and now WE know...they're throwing some marginal judges under the bus to stop President Trump's agenda...he doesn't seem to be taking the bait...and instead making moves on his own...hence the flight of criminals south...

The number of nationwide injunctions grew substantially under Trump’s first term, according to a study by Harvard Law Review.
Presidents George W. Bush and Barack Obama saw six and 12 universal injunctions, respectively, during their terms. Trump’s first term saw 65 injunctions—59 of which came from a judge appointed by a president of an opposing party.
The orders have mostly come from judges appointed by a president of the opposing party of the administration. That trend, the study said, was fueled by “judge shopping,” where plaintiffs strategically file lawsuits before judges they view as more favorable to their case.

So much for the lies about an independent judiciary. Judges rule according to their political ideology, and they should face political consequences, i.e., stand for re-election after a short term in office.

So, he admits they had a plan all along. Sure hope some of those moderate Republicans are starting to realize they weren't just being nice or playing along, but being played by "their friend across the aisle".
What he also is pointing to looks a lot like a conspiracy.
Something a RICO case might help expose and uncover how the Democrats used operatives, officials, and others to employ law firms as cover but the intent was known all along that they would be able to tap into a certain group of progressive judges they installed into specific places.
After all, how do you get nearly the same small group of judges ruling on nearly every case which just happens to always rule against President Trump's administration?

Schumer brags that they put 235 “progressive judges” on the court while the Democrats had the majority in the Senate. He should be ashamed to admit it. We saw in the Biden administration how these same judges perverted the law in an attempt to destroy Trump and anybody that didn’t agree with them. Now they are actively doing everything they can think of to obstruct what Trump is trying to do to fulfill his campaign promises. As a result, they are obstructing the will of the people who elected him. They are obstructing deportation of illegals that have raped, murder, vandalized property and staged violent riots. How is it justice to protect such criminals victimizing honest citizens.
