The Left’s Judicial Insurrection
Against Trump Is a Constitutional Crisis
— Here’s Why It Must Be Stopped

Since returning to the White House in January, President Donald Trump has been met with an unprecedented legal onslaught from far-left activist judges and radical groups determined to sabotage his administration at every turn. These rogue judges—many appointed by Clinton, Obama, and Biden—have launched a relentless legal coup to undermine the will of the American people and prevent Trump from carrying out his constitutional duties. Appearing on The War Room with Steve Bannon, Josh Hammer, Senior Counsel for the Article III Project, warned that what America is witnessing is no ordinary judicial activism—it’s a full-blown judicial insurrection. So far this year, President Trump has faced 125 legal challenges in just two months.

No one was ready for this? Really? Honestly, If they don't start ignoring them soon, it just further encourages the tactic. Either this administration is serious (2 trillion in new debt doesn't give me a lot of hope) about busting the system or it's just spinning wheels for 4 years and then the Dem's come back and just pick up where they left off.

The question is, what must be done to stop them? I suggest arresting them, and holding them for violating constitutionally established separation of powers. SCOTUS established decades ago that these two-bit judicial appointees have no power over the Executive Branch. Therefore, their 'pronouncements' must be considered as an attempt to promote insurrection through the misuse of their appointed stations. Lincoln did it, I recall. When Northern Democrat judges attempted to interfere with his response to the rebellion of the ssouthern states. Andrew Jackson ignored them, saying "try to enforce it" concering their rulings.

I'm willing to bet that even if Roberts has the balls to call these pipsqueaks on the illegality of their 'orders', they would keep right on doing them. We'll need to arrest them, charge them with Treason for infringing on Lawful Executive action as provided for in the Constitution - overstepping their authority, and maybe hang a few before they get the message.

A series of swatting incidents targeting conservative commentators and journalists have transpired nearly every evening since March 11, according to X posts in which the victims shared video surveillance footage and photos of the events, sparking questions as to who is engaging in what Rep. After more than nine months in space, two NASA astronauts finally returned to Earth, touching down in the Gulf of America. Their extended mission, which was initially intended to last for only two weeks, saw them endure the challenges of living in space far beyond their expected timeframe. The astronauts faced a series of technical delays and unforeseen complications, but their safe return marks a significant milestone for both the space agency and the astronauts. Williams and Wilmore returned home aboard the SpaceX Crew Dragon capsule, which had been docked at the International Space Station since September 2024. The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) has slammed the Trump administration’s decision to expel South African Ambassador Ebrahim Rasool, calling it a “racist” and “Islamophobic” act of retaliation for his country’s stance against Israel. On Friday, Secretary of State Marco Rubio declared Rasool “persona non grata” after the ambassador accused President Trump of promoting white supremacy. The South African official’s remarks came a mere week after Trump said the country “is being terrible” to its farmers and announced that farmers seeking to flee for safety reasons “will be invited into the United States of America with a rapid pathway to citizenship.” Rubio made the announcement in a social media post,

Because the US is tired of subsidizing the Canadian economy while also guaranteeing their security, President Donald J. Trump has floated the shockingly unexpected idea of annexing Canada as ‘the 51st state’. The idea fell like a bomb in the great white north, and in a first poll, more than 10% of the population is already behind it. In some Canadian provinces like Alberta, the idea is gaining ground. Bison farmer Don Casselman worries that Canada is doomed and, if Alberta is to save itself, it must break away and become a US state.

The autopen affair is an incredible scandal. As we reported, many of Joe Biden's signatures on documents -- including on things like pardons -- were allegedly signed by an autopen. The Heritage Foundation's Oversight Project did a deep dive into Biden signatures and said most of what they saw was done by autopen. That raised many questions: had he even approved them, and were they valid? Then an updated story came out with a NY Post report where an unnamed aide was suspected of using the autopen without it being clear if Biden had approved.

The left is desperate to convince America that President Trump has no mandate, that he’s dividing the country, and that voters don’t support his efforts. They repeat these claims repeatedly, hoping that if they say it enough, people will believe it. But there’s just one problem. They’re wrong on every single count. A political mandate comes from the people, not the media, not the establishment, and certainly not the loudest voices on Twitter. The 2024 election results made one thing abundantly clear: the American people chose strength, leadership, and results over the chaos and incompetence of the left.

There’s a reason Democrats hate the free flow of information on X, Facebook, and other social media, and it’s not just that they simply hate hearing differing opinions, though that’s the result. If people think for themselves – and the more effective way to empower people to do that is to give them as much information as possible and allow them to draw their own conclusions – what they advocate for would be laughed off the stage. They’d never win another election, except in places where they fully control the education system and have created a welfare-dependent economy.

For some reason, San Francisco Pride requires $3.2 million to cover its June weekend of events. Corporate sponsors were expected to pay $2.3 million of that. But after four declined, the organization will have to scramble to make up the $300,000 shortfall elsewhere. San Francisco Pride’s executive director, Suzanne Ford, told SFGATE that they expect to lose a few sponsors every year, but it was “very abnormal” for four sponsors who have been with them for years to suddenly bail out.
