One of President Donald Trump’s first actions upon entering the White House was to order federal employees to return to the office.
The government workforce, he has repeatedly contended, could not be productive from home.
“I happen to be a believer that you have to go to work. I don’t think you can work from home,” Trump said on Feb. 11. “Nobody’s going to work from home, they’re going to be going out, they’re going to play tennis, they’re going to play golf. They’re going to do a lot of things. They’re not working.”
Three days later, Trump traveled to his sprawling Mar-a-Lago mansion in Palm Beach, where he remained for parts

What would they call Biden's 577 days off during his disastrous presidency? When he was gone, he was GONE.

Any federal workers who work and sleep at their offices 5 days a week, Trump would probably be happy to let them work from home the other two days.

When Federal workers work 16 hours a day, seven days a week, without salary, like Trump, I will listen to their whine. Until then, please don't trouble yourself.

There is more to golf than putting a ball in a hole in the ground.
It's a way to socialize and find common ground with other people.
Many deals are made on a golf course.
Also, it displays one's character. If they cheat at golf, they probably cheat in other areas of their life.
(or like BJC who walked into the woods to tend to business rather than visit the club house)

Since he lives in the White House, wouldn't working in the Oval Office be considered "working from home", too?

I worked in Civil Service for the Air Force for 35 years. I can say without a doubt that at least 50% of my Co-Workers never did anything but attend meetings and blather about things they knew nothing about. Note: These Clowns that Trump terminated employment for, your statement tells the whole STORY. TRUMP WAS ACTUALLY WORKING, while most of YOU WERE NOT!

Mar-A-Lago is probably better defended than the White House. Who knows what sick plots are being hatched against Trump's life. I've no problem whatsoever with wherever Trump wants to work, even AF1. But, if someone had killed Biden, would we have even noticed?

Maro lago is considered the Winter White House. Only National Broadcasting Communism seems to have a problem with it. I have trouble keeping up with what the President is accomplishing all day. Odd isn't it though, that some lefty 'reporter' needed a week off because he had never worked this hard and needed a vacation. Well, commies actually work very little if at all.

It's true that PDJT works from two different homes.... For zero salary! Let's compare that to the cohort of federally employed whiners... They generally *don't* work at home and they are paid lavishly for jobs with "qualifications" (quotes used since those have been out the window in the previous administration's DEI push)
similar to counterparts in the private sector. I'm tuning up a very tiny violin ...

These people complaining about having to go into work do not work for Trump. He is just their top boss. They actually work for all of us, and we have to go to work if we have jobs. Those of us in retirement spent our entire careers either going into the office or traveling to a job site for our work. We are pleased with the job Trump is doing for us.

Nothing But Caca is still publishing childish nonsense. Trump works 20 hours a day no matter where he is and has accomplished more for the benefit of the United States in a couple of months than Radar Ears or the Daughter Soaper did in twelve years. Democrat guvmint workers cried and stomped their feet when their daily porn videos and games were interrupted by the order to return to work, which proves that very little work was being accomplished.

Pffft...perhaps they should do a little research before they squawk ugly...
MAL was designated a USA Historical site under Nixon in 1969, upon Marjorie Post's death she willed it to The American People as "The southern Whitehouse", 1973, G.Ford was President then. Trump purchased it as a neglected, run down, derelict, un-used, govt property in 1985. Since long before Trump it was "A Whitehouse", it still will be forever, even if he is the 1st and final President to ever use it as such..

NBC News, by Natasha Korecki & Megan Shannon. Yea, real news. You really just can't make this sh* up. TDS is real and there is no cure. Anybody with half a freakin brain knows that Trump puts in a 16 hr day. The man never sleeps. You can't deny what he as already done. You can't deny the number of press conferences and number of times he is addressing the media. No not cards, all ad lib. The two lunatics who wrote this article have the brain power of a one watt bulb. Pathetic.

I don't recall the Lamestreams ever complaining about all the times that the HairSniffer's staff 'Called a Lid' at 10 AM and and he slept and ate ice cream the rest of the day.... while the working Taxpayers had to WORK!
#13, I was a mechanical engineer at the US Geological Survey for 33 years. I was in the Water discipline, our job was keeping track of the Nation's water supply. The large majority of the people I had contact with worked pretty hard, either field work or in a shop or lab. But within the management group we also had a certain group of 'globetrotters', people who did nothing but attend meetings and conferences. The organization could have easily worked better without them.
