Arlington National Cemetery has scrubbed from its website information and educational materials about the history of black and female service members.
Some of the content unpublished from the site was on veterans who had received the nation's highest military recognition, the Medal of Honor, according to military news site Task & Purpose.
The content removal is part of a larger effort by President Donald Trump to eliminate diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) practices in the military and throughout the federal government.

An American hero is an American hero. It does not matter what color their skin was.

Lefties lie and this will probably be no different. It’s just that by the time the actual truth comes out crockett and her ilk have a talking point to tick off the easily offended. It might be malicious compliance who knows?

Good. btw, the vast majority of the 500,000 American soldiers who died in World War II, were white males, young white males. The Left's obsession with race and gender makes Americans forget reality. I remember the Iraq war, the soldiers were almost all young white males. To hear the then entirely msm's (there was no Fox or any more independent news sources) reports, this was so surprising.

Mark me as saying this goes too far. The information deleted might have been inspirational for those blacks and females considering the military.

The Bongino 24 hour rule.
This smells like BS. More malicious "following the rules".
My Grandfather, a two war Ranger (yes, Infantry), First Sergeant, Operation Cobra, Battle of the Bulge, Frozen Chosin, multi-decorated, authentic war hero, could be buried at Arlington but chose not to. He did not get a MoH. But he was darn close. Anyone who gets the MoH honestly deserves the highest respect, and whoever is pulling this stunt does not. I don't believe this has anything to do with DEI. In fact, I am sure this will turn out to be Fake News.

I seriously doubt if Donald Trump even knows about this. It sounds like a setup by pro-DEI dingbats. Race means nothing in the qualifications of a military person.

I'm willing the bet this was leftist "malicious compliance" scrubbing everything mentioning race as a way to make Trump look bad as they "do what he ordered" in removing DEI references. The deep state operatives have indeed "dug in" and are doing all they can to thwart Trump.

If true, betcha this is a passive-aggressive response to the purported DEI directive. Purge the records (even though that is not the intent of the DEI dismissal efforts) to make it LOOK like that’s what was intended knowing full-well what the reaction of the press and, sadly, some of you guys would be. Set up! Find out who at Arlington did this and see what their political persuasion is to discover the true agenda.

What does race or gender have to do with qualifying military members, veterans, or their spouses who are laid to rest at Arlington National Cemetery?

More malicious compliance. Track down those who are responsible and cashier them.

If they have to cite sex or race to justify being there, they should not be there. Arlington is not a place for being stylish.

Probably a hoax, to be retracted on the back page with the grocery ads.

This "scrubbing" of material is just a form of leftist resistance. The order does not require expunging information about any American hero.

I don't believe it.
They may have removed some lies and DEI nonsense, but I doubt very seriously that they removed true information on honors based on color or XX chromosomes.

My first question is was this information on any other service members available on the website or just women and blacks. If it wasn't then it was done special for them and should not have been just because of DEI. If it is on everyones information then it should not have been removed and sounds like malicious compliance as others have said.
