Democrat governors have a “resistance” playbook created for them that includes draft executive orders to defy the administration’s immigration policies as well as instructions on deploying the National Guard.
The Governors Action Alliance, a Democrat organization that founded the group Governors Safeguarding Democracy, provided such guidance to the staffs of Democrat governors across the country after the election of President Donald Trump.
The 126 pages of the playbook—including emails, talking points, and a “Firewalling for Freedom – Template Gubernatorial Executive Order”—were obtained in a public records request from the office of Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro by the private nonprofit watchdog group Government Accountability and Oversight

This shows the pure desperation of the democrats. What Trump should do is hold back funds to these crazy governors.

I will give the Dem's this, they play to win. "Our Side" is just always kicking pebbles and giving us the "Awe shucks, I'd really like to follow through but, see in the really tiny print here, it says we can't".

A thousand likes for #2. Surely the government doesn't need to be told to do that?

What do they plan on doing with the National Guard? Deploy soldiers to guard their right to have slaves, er, so mean “illegal alien?
Democrats did that 160 years ago and lost.

A little history. In 1965 LBJ federalized the Alabama National Guard to remove them from the hands of fellow Democrat Governor George Wallace in order to protect MLK's peaceful march.

Exactly #6, the President can Federalize the National Guard and take them away from the Governors.
Not to mention that the National Guard weapons and Equipment comes from the Feds.
I would think these Governors would be smarter than this----obviously they aren't, there are many ways the Prsident can putt he screws to a state. Why do they want these illegals in their states, I don't know but fill those states with them. Let them bear the burden.

Immigration law is not a Trump policy. Democrat Governors should be prosecuted for violations.

Setting up the conditions for another War Between the States. Cunning idea of the Dems to enable the recent canceling of history from that period, since fewer people will be able to recognize what they're doing.

Those national guard commanders would be wise to look up 8 USC 1324. The governors involved in this will get charged with violating that. On top of the same charge, national guard commanders who obstruct Tom Homan's crew may well be charged with treason. That carries a penalty up to and including death. Think long and hard, national guard commanders... think long and hard.

Sounds like planning to start a civil war.
Deploy the National Guard to protect illegal aliens from being deported?
They really are completely disconnected from reality.

Apparently none of these governors is bright enough to come up with any of this on their own, so some Soros paid treasonous outfit puts together A 126 page detailed playbook for these morons.
Hunt down the source of this playbook and figure out how to cut their funding and maybe arrest them on ....whatever fits sort of charges. Zoning, illegal parking, financial fraud. Whatever fits.

#15: Soros was convicted in absentia (he had absconded to the USA by then) in the early 1980s of violating French securities trading laws in the 1970s, when he lived there. I think the sentence was 25 years, and it doesn't start until he enters the prison cell. The French have attempted, from time to time, to solicit his extradition from the US. Seems pretty clear that Soros has paid off the Deep State to make sure he's safe in his "compound" in Westchester County, NY... However, with PDJT now putting the Deep State's continued existence into doubt, it seems to be a good time for me for the USA to honor France's request for extradition. At Soros' age, his prison cell will be his last earthly dwelling.

There's this little thing in the US Constitution called the Supremacy Clause.
"This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding."
Concerning immigration enforcement, the federal government is in charge. Period. Sure, there would be legal challenges but the states would certainly lose in this case.
How many times have we seen dems bluster and bully about law and then get completely shot down. That's because dems don't follow the law. They make up what they want to do and say "this is the law".
But it isn't and, except for a few rogue judges, most of the courts have gotten the message. The Constitution and subsequent laws are the law, not dem make believe. You would think dems would have learned by now how this is likely to turn out but they seem to enjoy getting beat over the head with a legal club so we should let them enjoy their masochistic perversions and beat them thoroughly.

The National Guard is run by the states and the Governor decides when ton call them to duty. But, the federal government funds them. Not deploying at the president's request for troops would not end well for the Governor who won't initiate the order.
