Many documents signed by President Joe Biden were done so using an autopen, according to a new report by an arm of the conservative Heritage Foundation, sparking questions over who was pulling the strings during the former president's four years in office. 'Whoever Controlled the Autopen Controlled the Presidency,' the Oversight Project wrote in a post on X on Thursday. 'We gathered every document we could find with Biden's signature over the course of his presidency. All used the same autopen signature except for the announcement that the former President was dropping out of the race last year,' it continued.
