It is regrettable that it happened this way. It is time to make things right. We would like future cooperation and communication to be constructive,” Zelensky wrote on X. Nope, it's not time yet for Trump to relent. Let's see what else this idiot will agree to give us. Nice face-plant there, Zelensky! If you're stupid enough to try to outmaneuver the man who wrote THE book on how to make good deals (and apparently, you are), then you deserve all the misery you get!

the article lists zelensky' s concessions but they do not include a ceasefire on land, nor any comprehension of the fact nobody can make peace so long as Zelensky comes armed to every meeting with insults for Putin. he absolutely does not get what he did wrong, and how sick everybody is of this war, and of the fact he is not 100% in the right and has broken some promises too, which nobody reminds him of due to 100% of everybody being politer than he is.

Volodymyr, it's simple, agree to diplomatic efforts, and hopefully negotiations to gain a cease fire. That you don't want to cede any territory to Putin is understandable, but unless you have to ability to impose an unconditional surrender on Russia, that is something you cannot gain, and, as far as the eye can see, people die and the war continues.

Make him do it today so you can announce your win tonight in your speech thus ramming this peace not only up Zelensky's hind quarters, but Obama's, Susan Rice's, Victoria Nuland, Chris Murphy AND Chuckie Schmuckie Schumer. Ok, Z. You now sound like a rude and screwed up Ukrainian stooge. I don't know whose bad advice you continue to embrace (hopefully not from our useless dims and rinos) but come clean and first apologize for your disrespect to the USA, Europe, and the world. Right now, you are the international tee-shirt jokester while you let Putie's conscripts wipe out what is left of your youthful army. These are just 18-year-old kids and their dads fighting and for what. I get it, Z - you hate Putie. Yes, he isn't exactly a uniter and proponent of peace. It's a russkie thing. But wake up, Z. You have a remote chance of holding onto your lousy job as Ukraine's leader and staying alive. I know, this is asking a lot of a standup comic. But miracles are possible despite biden the cheater's foreign policy failures in Ukraine. I am sure Billary can comment, too, because this one would know all too well what went wrong under her/its "leadership". Ball is in your court, Z. Resign or wake up, dispense with the Putie hate thing for just a minute, and smell the coffee. Your country needs leadership for going forward as a sovereign nation. But right now, you sound like some smuck trying to negotiate price for a used car. But a hint - no US troops in Ukraine. Nobody ever said Putie is a choir boy. He is nothing of the kind and as evil as they come. Just realize that Putie's position isn't as strong as he makes it appear. His attack on Ukraine has been most costly to his motherland. Russia must pay for all damages and human suffering. Putie has his own weaknesses, and the rest of the world knows it. The Plan - if Ukraine and NATO back off and quit pissing off Putie, Putie will back off, too, but he must pay for the damage he and his army inflicted on Ukraine while he remains highly distrustful of the EU. Enjoy the suck Putie. With proper and competent American leadership, this war was avoidable and senseless. What a waste of beautiful human lives. Right, Putie? Too bad that the Great Election Fraud of 2020 brought us biden the cheater and this war. Obie, valjar, and biden you cheater, dims, rinos, deep state, and military industrial complex, you are welcome to comment.

An expression of regret that something "happened" is not an apology. It didn't just "happen." YOUR actions are what happened. YOUR actions caused the reaction fo those near you. Z's letter is a complete refusal to accept responsibility, as if he hadn't even been in the room. It doesn't even rise to the level of Erckle's "did I do that?" He doesn't acknowledge that he did anything at all. If this kind of view of the world, completely divorced from reality, is what is driving his side in the Ukraine war, then HE personally is the impediment to peace. Not national interests or boundary issues, but HIM. And that suggests the precondition to a solution.

During the final months of the Biden administration, the National Institutes of Health awarded $28 million to a mysterious venture-backed company called Vaccine Company Inc., a biomedical firm founded in 2022 whose chief financial officer happens to be one of former president Joe Biden’s top COVID advisers. To Sen. Joni Ernst (R., Iowa), the September 2024 grant from the NIH’s Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health doesn’t pass the smell test. Vaccine Company has left virtually no public footprint showing what it has done with the taxpayer funds, which the Biden administration doled out to a seemingly random post office box in Bethesda, Maryland. Ohio Republican Senator Bernie Moreno is blasting a handful of judges in his state for claiming that “emergency” powers allow them to invalidate federal immigration laws and to prevent ICE from rounding up and deporting illegal aliens. The Department of Veterans Affairs is planning an “aggressive” reorganization that includes cutting 80,000 jobs from the sprawling agency that provides healthcare for retired military members, according to an internal memo obtained by The Associated Press. The VA’s chief of staff, Christopher Syrek, told top level officials at the agency that it had an objective to cut enough employees to return to 2019 staffing levels of just under 400,000. That would require terminating tens of thousands of employees after the VA expanded during the Biden administration, as well as to cover veterans impacted by burn pits under the 2022 PACT Act. Trump and DOGE has save the American taxpayer billions of dollars lost by previous administrations. Trump continues to eliminate waste and fraud in government. And, this week, President Trump cut funding to the unending War in Ukraine. Meanwhile, Democrats continue to flounder with policies that are insane and unpopular. Their approval rating is at a dismal 36 percent!

If you watched Trump’s speech to a joint session of Congress Tuesday evening, you know that Democrats behaved like children, and Rep. Al Green (D-Texas) was so disruptive that House Speaker Mike Johnson had him forcibly removed from the chamber. Speaking to reporters after the incident, Green doubled down on his disruptive behavior and, of course, defended his childish actions. “The president said he had a mandate, and I was making it clear to the president that he has no mandate to cut Medicaid,” Green said. “I have people who are very fearful. These are poor people, and they have only Medicaid in their lives

The Social Security Administration (SSA) said in a release that it has identified more than $800 million in savings or “cost avoidance” for fiscal 2025 among information technology, grants, property and payroll. The SSA stated that it froze hiring and “drastically” cut back on overtime, saving about $550 million. The government agency that administers the Social Security program said it cut back $150 million from the information technology systems (ITS) budget by canceling “non-essential contracts and identifying reductions in other ITS contracts.” Acting SSA Commissioner Lee Dudek said Monday evening the agency has “operated on autopilot” for far too long.

Some congressional Democrats are planning ways to disrupt President Donald Trump’s Tuesday night Capitol Hill speech with a variety of props and theatrics, Axios reported Tuesday. While Democrat leadership has suggested that members bring guests who have been affected by the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) to the speech, some of the party’s more aggressive anti-Trump lawmakers are thinking of ways to go above and beyond to demonstrate their distaste for the president, according to Axios. Tactics under consideration include possible walk outs, using “noisemakers,” bringing eggs or empty egg cartons to bring attention to elevated egg prices and carrying pocket-sized copies of the Constitution

Former NBC "Meet the Press" anchor Chuck Todd delivered a brutal opinion about former President Biden, calling him a "craven political animal" who was more concerned about his political career than his own family. During an appearance Sunday on Lincoln Project co-founder Steve Schmidt's "The Warning" podcast, Todd delved into why the Democrats lost the 2024 election and what he perceives as the media's relationship with the second Trump administration. After decrying older politicians remaining in the leadership of the Democratic Party, Todd returned to Biden's role in the November election loss.

CBS’s Stephen Colbert stayed up for a live show on what turned out to be Wednesday morning after President Donald Trump’s address to Congress. Colbert spent his monologue praising Rep. Al Green for getting kicked out of the House chamber and attacking Trump on everything from transgender issues to shipbuilding. Later, he would welcome former Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg to wonder, “Where is the soul of our nation headed?” Democrats have long used Trump’s speeches as a chance to engage in eye-roll-inducing theatrics, but Colbert was a big fan of Green,
