Corrupt Obama Judge Amy Berman Jackson ruled in favor of Hampton Dellinger on Saturday and entered a judgment declaring his firing illegal.
President Trump fired Hampton Dellinger, Special Counsel of the Office of Special Counsel (not to be confused with a special counsel hired as a federal prosecutor) a few weeks ago.
However, shortly after the firing, Judge Jackson sided with Hampton Dellinger, issued an administrative stay, and allowed him to keep his job.

Amy Vermin-Jackson is just the latest Obama appointee who thinks the judicial branch of government has more power than the executive branch. SCOTUS need to lump all these cases together, establish precedent for executive branch powers and stop the war on Trump's agenda.

Judges should not be allowed to countermand the President,
The President is the head of the Executive branch, If he is Countermanded it should be by the head of the Judicial branch, The Supreme Court, not some jag off judge who should be in traffic court.

Going to get reversed by SCOTUS. They already ruled that the whole power of the Executive Branch rests in the President. She's way off base, as usual.

Chances are there will be a reversal on appeal as the US Constitution put Presidents in charge of the Federal Executive Agencies.

Reply 1 Is correct. Only the SCOTUS has the authority to overrule the head of the executive branch.

This is either vindictive and political or a demonstration that she is too stupid to be a judge. Either way, she should be forced from the bench and disbarred. OK, just removed from the bench if the lawyers can't stand actually disbarring one of their own.

Tell her NO and let her enforce it! She is not the Executive branch!

This’ll be good for national publicity for the 70 year-old judge and DC native, followed by a week’s round of talk shows for her DC buddies. Undoubtedly she’ll retire soon and write a book about her career. Too bad about the timing, though. Nobody cares what an old leftist swamp creature thinks anymore.

These bloated heads in robes got away with running the government when the executive branch had a wooden gnome as the figurehead. Biden is gone, Obama is gone and all of his appointed little tin-star deputies are gone. Some of these judges did not get the memo.

You made me laugh...poster #2...a horse head in her bed would be delicious repayment....these court cases smack of desperate...it's all the democrats have...no leader...no new plans for the future...only attack....attack...attack...no wonder the California democrats paraded comie harris out to get a participation trophy ...BUT...the word salad game surfaced and she was quickly taken off stage...who is she talking to?...no one can understand her....or can they????

Get the Impeachment proceedings in the House underway NOW. Let this Judge feel the wrath of the true U.S. Constitution, not some fantasy land leftist edict from the bench of an activist Judge! My suggestion is to gather up all of the Judge's cellphone records, e-mails on government electronic devices, in order to determine what external influencers may have assisted her with her ruling.
President Trump is being extremely patient with these leftist Judges, but they are all "outing" themselves right now for later removal. They may win a battle here or there, but they will lose the war.

The US Supreme Court already made it clear that the President is the guy who runs the entire executive branch. EVERYONE employed anywhere in the executive branch ultimately answers to the President, who can hire and fire any of them. These judges who think otherwise are setting themselves up for embarrassing slap-downs by the Supremes, followed by impeachment proceedings in the Senate to remove them for judicial misconduct for refusing to follow Supreme Court decisions. Everybody answers to someone, and these rogue judges will soon find out who THEY answer to.

Reminds me of my 5-y-o grandson trying to get away with as much mischief as possible!
Like my dear Mother from Dallas would say to me,
‘Honey, I have eyes in the back of my head too’!
God Bless America, and help President Trump and his great team to return our USA to our Founding Principles!
For Your Glory, Lord. Amen.
