Keir Starmer warmly greeted Volodymyr Zelensky with a hug outside of Downing Street after the Ukrainian president's bruising encounter with Donald Trump.
Zelensky's furious bust-up with the US President yesterday has sent diplomatic ripples across the world - with warnings that the surreal scene in the Oval Office could spell the end of Nato.
Now the Prime Minister is hoping to act as a bridge between the American premier and his European counterparts after a successful flattery campaign on Thursday. Last night, after the clash, he talked with both leaders and a spokesman said he was 'doing all he can to find a path forward to a lasting peace'.

Britain could POSSIBLY put a brigade on the ground in Ukraine. The Russians would run over them and not even notice the bump.
The Euros really only have ONE choice. All out, hopefully non nuclear, attack on Russia resulting in Russia's inability to continue any war.
Once Russia has conquered Ukraine, they will start chipping at NATO country by country. The Euros don't have the stomach for war. Russia will win.

Talk about a thing that has outlived it's usefulness.
We are no longer dealing with likes of Churchill and Thatcher or even Blair for the love of Pete. Europe is quickly becoming Europistan with nukes (and you folks are worried about Russia, lol) and yet we are chained to this rotting albatross come hell or high water.
The Warsaw Pact is long dead... and yet NATO, the geriatric, effeminate, pearl clutching, hugfest of all that is weak and immoral still lives on scolding and snubbing the good and the great while embracing the transgendered mental defectives, the anti-Christian Left, and jihadi murderers with equal measure.
Here's hoping President Trumps latest actions put this miserable old nag on life support. I have no issue with pacts and treaties among those who SHARE VALUES (we have few if any shared values with most of Europe at the moment) but shouldn't we abolish those who are no longer relevant in preference to those that are updated and revised?

' All out NON Nuclear attack ' ???? Wow. Any super plan that thinks they can somehow make Russia unable ' to continue any war, ' really, really needs to do a quick read of almost any 1940s history book.

I like how the article described the Zelensky loving crowds out side of Downing Street. I think that is very special. So, special that from now on the Limeys can fund Zelensky and his wife's shopping sprees and oh yes, the Zelensky's corrupt buddies buying houses in Switzerland. Good riddance.

I just watched a Katie Hopkins YouTube video in which she takes tiny dictator to the woodshed. Although she indicated that Z "stormed out" rather than being "thrown out" her best line was picturing Z being strapped into his booster seat in the back of his Escalade. Her last point concerning people who prefer to believe the lies they're told was right on point. The comments below the video are interesting.

Europe doing what they do best - warm welcomes, tea, and lip service. I wonder how many thousand troops and how many billions of dollars were offered? My guess is none. They gave Zelenskyy free advice to go make up with Trump.

If further proof was needed, this is it: Starmer, Macron and Zelensky were planning to strongarm Trump into unequivocal, never-ending financial support for their forever war against Russia, hoping to weaken Russia and America both sufficient to enable them to step in and pick up the pieces. Trump called bullshit on their ill-conceived shenanigans. God bless Trump!

Here we go, an ungrateful entitlement receiving Ukrainian refugees with their flags, cheering on Zelensky's motorcade, and denouncing our ELECTED President Trump at the same time. I wish they had exited America and done their flag-waving on their Kyiv property.

If Biden hadn't publicly floated inviting Ukraine into NATO, Putin might not have invaded what he considers part of Russia.
