Dem Rep Asks Witness If US Marshals Could
Haul Trump To Jail For ‘Contempt’

Democratic Rep. Hank Johnson of Georgia asked a federal judge Tuesday if U.S. Marshals could haul President Donald Trump to jail for “contempt” for any legal cases that pertain to the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE). Circuit Judge Timothy Tymkovich of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit testified Tuesday at a hearing held by the House Judiciary Committee’s Subcommittee on Courts, Intellectual Property and the Internet. Tymkovich discussed a shortage of judgeships on the federal bench before Johnson asked about the marshals.

Comments:

My congress critter Hank Johnson is worried sick that those new comer eager beavers AOC and Crazy Crockett are going to steal his well deserved title as the dumbest person in Washinton. So he has to think up nonsense such as this.

Johnson must be deliberately ignorant - no one could possibly be born that dumb. Or maybe reality slapped him upside the head too hard and/or too often. Sadly he represents yet another group of Dem constituents who must have gone to inner city public schools. Maybe more money needs to go to those schools - enough that they don't learn anything about citizenship and voting. Even AOC is possibly smarter than Johnson - and that is no complement at all.

Johnson appears to need a civics lesson. The ONLY action that can be taken against a sitting President is impeachment by Congress and given the current balance in Congress and Trump's popularity, that is all but impossible. The Constitution gives Presidents great power and immunity to pissants like Johnson. Further, all the Executive branch is under control of the President, including all the enforcement personnel. Dems are sooooooo stupid.

You got these same dumbnuts on these committees year after year offering no value whatsoever. The idiots all have five minutes to ask questions, and you get nothing but a bunch of foolishness. While drinking tree sap does not immediately sound appealing, Canadian producers are hoping that it will be the next must-try soft drink around the world. We have all heard of maple syrup, which is made by boiling down the sap of maple trees to produce a thick, sweet, golden-to-brown coloured syrup that is typically poured over pancakes. What is far less well known is that you can drink the sap itself, which is called maple water. Clear in colour, it contains just 2% natural sugars, so it is only slightly sweet.

The Fox News star and late-night comedian, who hosts the eponymous show “Gutfeld!” was featured in a splashy Variety cover story Wednesday. Democrats are doubling down on left-wing gender ideology despite their viewpoints being increasingly unpopular with the average American. The vast majority of Americans support reversing the Biden administration’s extreme approach to transgender issues, including barring biological males from participating in women’s sports. But Democratic lawmakers, including those representing congressional districts President Donald Trump won in November, are continuing to push left-wing stances on transgender issues that are seemingly at odds with their own voters.

Last November, Democrat fraudsters bypassed the presidential race and focused instead on the down-ballot races. In Florida, local Democrat candidates received more votes than either Donald Trump or Kamala Harris at the top of the ballot. Something was definitely amiss. For instance, Republican Rocky Rochford was running against incumbent Democrat Kathy Castor for the U.S. House seat in Congressional Race 14 (FL-14). The district straddles Hillsborough and Pinellas counties and includes the cities of Tampa and St. Petersburg. Castor was declared the winner, but Rochford is now contesting the race, claiming voter fraud, primarily by vote-by-mail ballots.
