MSNBC host Rachel Maddow said Monday on “The Rachel Maddow Show” that her network made a “bad mistake” firing host Joy Reid. Maddow said, “Joy Reid’s show, the ReidOut ended tonight, and Joy is not taking a different job in the network. She is leaving the network altogether and that is very, very, very hard to take. I am 51 years old. I have been gainfully employed since I was 12 and I have had so many different kinds of jobs, you wouldn’t believe me if I told you. But in all of the jobs I have had in all of the years I have been alive,

Watching these meltdowns is actually rather enjoyable. Still, the fact that all these “educated” people with degrees from fancy universities have allowed themselves to go so far left they don’t even know the way back is frightening.

Always a good idea to attack your boss on national TV. How would you like to LOSE that 25 million a year? No one else wants a terrorist as an employee rachel the extremist toxic feminist. You just keep on talking fool. You are the gift that keeps on giving. Hope you are off air today and forever.

Better watch out Rachel - you just might be next. Twenty five million bucks for one program a week is outrageous for a company that is on the skids. At best, you might be required to do five shows a week or take another pay cut.

She conveniently leaves out that TV ratings for PMSNBC have plunged since election day. A good chunk of the audience realized that PMSNBC has been spreading toxic waste through the airwaves, and turned it off.

Well dear, the network is playing the cards that you, Joyless, and other Leftists have dealt them. YOU are driving away the audience. Joyless' exit show proved she was unrepentant about the way she conducted her shows, even though it was clear that she had lost audience. And guess what, none of these networks are a charity spotlight for you Rachel, or anyone else. You are there to reach an audience, not sell your personal take on things. If the audience likes what you say, all is good. But when they DO NOT, either you pivot to meet them OR you GO. A professional knows this. Maybe a professional walks away because they know they can't meet the needs of the network and the audience. But they don't lecture or whine or double down on what doesn't work any more. Of course there is also the inconvenient fact that people like Joyless and you lie and distort facts, which you managed to get away with for a long time because the people you speak to desperately wanted to hear something that resonated, even it it was a lie. But now they have lost, big time, and they are starting to question things, a LOT. HOW was Biden left as President when blatantly senile. How was the wonderful Kamala found to be so clueless? Is all was well with the world, HOW was that so completely repudiated in the election and now as Trump implements his agenda. So NO, Rachel, you don't get to have the world as you try to distort it and you have to earn an audience, not demand one, and you need to generate the money needed to pay your ridiculous salary. Your (and so many of your colleagues) attitude is arrogant beyond belief, as if YOU are a shadow government to lead the Country. No one asked and no one appointed you to that. You can say what you want but no one needs to listen to you and your network doesn't need to put you on the air. No one needs to value what you do. You provide a service. If I went to a restaurant and ordered a steak and was served up liver, I wouldn't go back. People no longer like what you are cooking, no matter how much you like cooking it. Change up the menu or look for the door.

If there were ever two people not qualified it's these two. msnbc certainly has a need to simply check boxes. The hell with qualifications, common sense and real talent. What a conundrum for Dims! Their favorite network is racist because it fired a black wo-man. Who was herseff a racist. But if she was th' only racist at MSNBC, does that mean that MSNBC isn't racist any more? In other words, if you used to watch MSNBC you were a racist, but if you watch it now you aren't a racist. Question for Maddow. Suppose I'm a boss and I have an employee is underperforming. The employee is female and an ethnic minority. Could you tell me the manner in which I can fire that employee without drawing an accusation of racism or sexism? Because I have to tell you, if the first thought in your head is, "I do not want there to be a way to do that", then we've got a pretty serious problem, don't we?

The Supreme Court held oral argument today in a case known as Ames v. Ohio Department of Youth Services. The case involved an allegation of so-called reverse discrimination against Marlean Ames who claimed she was discriminated against and lost jobs because she is straight. Ames went to work in 2004 as an executive secretary at the Ohio Department of Youth Services. Ten years later, she was appointed as a program administrator. In a performance evaluation in 2018, Ames’s new supervisor, Ginine Trim – who is gay – indicated that Ames met expectations in 10 categories and exceeded them in an 11th. But in 2019, she applied

Chief Justice John Roberts temporarily delayed a midnight deadline for the Trump administration to unfreeze nearly $2 billion in foreign aid payments, imposed by a lower judge who found the administration had flouted his ruling. US President Donald Trump posted a video on his Truth Social account late on Tuesday, which appears to have been created with generative AI, promoting the transformation of Gaza into a Gulf state-like resort featuring a golden statue of himself, a hummus-eating Elon Musk, and shirtless American and Israeli leaders lounging on a beach. “No more tunnels, no more fear,” a voice sings over a dance beat. “Trump Gaza is finally here!” The American president has proposed expelling 2.1 million Palestinians from Gaza and transforming the enclave into a “Riviera” that would be owned by the United States. The West Bank-based Palestinian Authority has called that proposal a “serious violation of international law.”
