MSNBC’s new president continued to overhaul the embattled network Monday — canceling shows hosted by anchors left-wing anchors Ayman Mohyeldin, Katie Phang and Jonathan Capehart, The Post has learned.
The bloodbath follows the ouster of rabid anti-Trump anchor Joy Reid after reports surfaced Sunday that the Comcast-owned network is canceling her show, “The ReidOut.”
On Monday, The Guardian reported that Mohyeldin will be canned after 14 years at the network. His show “Ayman Mohyeldin Reports,” which airs on the weekends at 7 p.m., will broadcast its final episode on April 20, according to the UK paper.
Meanwhile, an NBC insider told The Post that staff working for Capehart and Phang

Ayman,
When you and many others on MSNBC constantly lie to people there is a price to be paid. Hoping the worst for you.

Looks like MSNBC is trailing smoke and doesn't have the altitude to clear the next ridge line ahead.
Now pulling more to left and starting a slow spin...

They will have plenty of money to continue their posh lifestyle...they will just not have their left wing megaphone to spout their lies. This is a big blow to them. They are irrelevant now and that's what will really hurt.

Might be easier to sell this outfit for one Dollar to Elon and let him cull the herd and turn MSNBC into something respectable.

So . . . is anyone suing MSNBC because they were "let go"?
No? I didn't think so. Guess what, Democrats. It works the same way for government jobs, so quit whining!

Oh my! But they were so popular and people loved their message!
They were so strong and brave!

They are spending all of their time in the "like-mind bubble".
They actually think that everyone will agree with their opinion.
We can get in the same situation. A group of friends will be discussing Trump and DOJE, and then discover that we have a vocal RINO in our midst, who thinks Trump is too mean.
I say, "Well how much did the gentlemen republicans do to change one _____ thing in the last 50 years?"

They really had a reporter named Mujahideen? Can't imagine why ratings were not top notch.

Don't watch msnbc and never will, however. What good does it do to fire someone outright, goodbye you are gone. And the person you actually fire is to be replaced by a like minded host. Then cancel some shows but keep that person and just stick him somewhere else. Technically you have changed the lineup schedule but not the tone of the station. You just keep digging in the quicksand thinking you will eventually reach solid ground. I have no problem with a loyal opposition but this isn't it. Just hateful rhetoric show after show isn't the new answer. It's the same playbook with the same faces. Just saying Joy needs to check into a mental health facility. She needs to get over her hate. That much hate kills your body and soul.

The new Jewish lady boss at MSNBC is putting the hammer down on the diverse, multi culti crew over there. Why is no one complaining about her yet?

The old station sign-off graphic would outdraw most MSNBC hosts. Running Midnight Sermonette would even have stupendous ratings compared to the dregs they have broadcast in the past.

My Spidey sense tells me federal funds were helping keep that network afloat. Now they can't afford the "talent".

The execs have figured out that being "The Resistance" isn't going to draw an audience when no matter what you say, Trump is in office until 2028.
I don't think they really know what to do instead, but they know doing the same stuff from the last 8 years--which ultimately didn't work--is not the way to continue.
