James Carville admits Trump’s fast pace
is leaving Democrats reeling: ‘We are overwhelmed’

Democratic Party strategist James Carville admitted that the pace at which President Trump is fulfilling his executive duties is throwing his party off balance. In the latest episode of the “Politics War Room” podcast, Carville lamented how Democratic lawmakers are floundering in trying to stop the president’s second term agenda. “We’re getting overwhelmed,” he told podcast co-host Al Hunt. “Things that we thought that would kill a political career, would be poisonous for whatever reason, this guy keeps chugging along.”

James, Trump is still standing because your party did not have the facts on their side. Once all the smoke cleared, people saw the lawfare and lying for what it was. By the grace of God, Trump had the financial resources and perseverance to weather the attacks. One more thing. Your party made a mess of the country and kept telling us that everything was fine and that we were all too stupid to realize how great things were. You want to find a scapegoat? Go look in a mirror.

I don't like Snakehead but will admit that he is smart about the political arena. He is also practical and sees the Democrat party destroying themselves with woke stupidity. There are still enough of my generation (pre-boomer) who see what is happening to our country and culture to make a difference in the voting booth. Even those younger than me don't like how far their party has gone down the left's rabbit (rat) hole and are moving, if not right, more to the center. If the Dems ignore this, they will live to regret it.

Poor Serpenthead. He doesn't understand that PDJT 2.0 is drowning him with water from a fire hose when all he wants is a drink from a garden hose. Or that things are going to stay that way for the next two years while decades of malfeasance under Democrat control are rooted out. And what the heck is it with Mr. Judy Woodruff? Doesn't he and the wife have anything better to do than get in front of microphones and cameras in DC? They're not exactly spring chickens anymore...

If you notice, Carville isn't interested in having better policies than Trump, he is interested in attacking and destroying Trump himself. As to policies that work, the dems are bereft. What they were doing wasn't working and now that DOGE is deconstructing their actions, they were illegal and wasteful as well. In short, the dems can't do anything well and they have been confronted with a barrage of competence. Of course they are overwhelmed. Dems are the village idiots and have been trying to make us live in their crazy world. Trump says, we can be GREAT! Not only is Trump's choice more appealing, the American People have come to realize the dems are indeed, idiots. That's not something the dems can message their way out of. And so far, dems refuse to recognize the reality they are in to begin with. Even if they did, as Walz found out, how do you come back from "I'm a knucklehead". How do you embrace your inner idiot and then say you want to run the country?

Carville has been overwhelmed for about thirty years. Who keeps putting a camera and a microphone in front of that face? I hope his ancestors soon drag him back under the rock from which he came. The democrats have been reduced to making up rap songs in front of government agencies and lamenting over seeing adults in Washington. Maxine is having a hard time talking and keeping her wig on straight at the same time.

He needs to keep throwing all this stuff out there ASAP. The Dems will judge shop to get it blocked. Then Trump challenges and it works it's way to the Supremes where Trump wins. This will take a year or two. So a couple years from now Trump's efforts will start to bear fruit as the Dems get ultimately defeated by the courts. The MSM will make lots of noise about every blockade a judge creates but they will be silent when the blockade is ultimately lifted and Trump wins.

We’re loving Trump’s shock and awe strategy to destroy the deep state. But unless Congressional Republicans step up to the plate to pass some meaningful legislation to put a stop to the rogue bureaucrats raping the Treasury and hiding billions in taxpayer funds for themselves the money flow will start right back up under the next Democrat Administration. President Donald Trump’s executive order banning birthright citizenship for illegal aliens, tied to the invasion on the border, tees up a major Supreme Court case that could become a historic Trump win that fixes a growing, decades-long problem. Several of the executive orders (EOs) and presidential actions on Inauguration Day — January 20 — dealt with immigration and the southern border. Trump declared that what is happening on the border is an invasion of the United States and issued a proclamation banning the entry of those illegal aliens into the country. And in EO 14160 — dealing with birthright citizenship — President Trump also ordered his government not to issue

The Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) announced Monday that some $4.7 trillion in payments from the Treasury Department were missing a critical tracking code which made tracing the transactions “almost impossible.” The transactions were reportedly missing the Treasury Account Symbol, or TAS, an identification code which links a Treasury payment to a budget line item, according to DOGE, which described the use of such code as a “standard financial process.” “In the Federal Government, the TAS field was optional for ~$4.7 Trillion in payments and was often left blank, making traceability almost impossible,” read an X post from DOGE.

In determining citizenship, the United States has a very unusual approach. You’re a citizen if you were born here. (You’re also a citizen if you were born abroad under certain circumstances, but that’s a different issue.) That’s a bit crazy, because it means that if a woman (aren’t you glad we don’t have to refer to them as “child-birthing persons” anymore?) makes it into the United States, legally or illegally, in time to give birth – right on the north bank of the Rio Grande, for example – her baby is an American citizen.
