He doesn’t want DOGE on a short leash.
Space and electric car magnate Elon Musk has suggested that judges who have thrown up roadblocks to his Department of Government Efficiency’s (DOGE) crusade to trim bureaucracy should be impeached.
Musk’s ire against the judiciary comes after a New York-based judge temporarily restrained DOGE from accessing the Treasury Department’s payment systems on Saturday and other legal setbacks in recent days. (Photo) “A corrupt judge protecting corruption,” Musk, 53, raged early Sunday against US District Judge Paul Engelmayer, who blocked DOGE’s access to Treasury data. “He needs to be impeached NOW!”

This post is little out of date. Musk and the Treasury dept. has all ready settled this.

+1.
IIRC, the New York case was brought by the NYAG, Leticia something. A separate case from the Treasury case.

Interesting that King feels it is important to disclose Musk's age but not Engelmayer's. Meanwhile, no surprise that the left enlisted in his time to issue that temporary order. Engelmayer is just another lefty drone who was indoctrinated at, yep, Harvard.

According to the left and their judges, Trump, Musk, and the Republicans have no power to do anything, total eunuchs. It is time to put a muzzle and leash on these activist judges, who themselves are in violation of the constitution.

Biden used the preemptive pardon which seems to be a get out of jail free card with unlimited punches. Maybe Trump should preemptively pardon the DOGE team and simply ignore anything any judge has to say.

How does Leticia James have "Standing" to stop the President from accessing/auditing HIS federal Administrative agencies? How does a low level judge have "Standing" to rule that she does? Judge may soon find that HIS court has been defunded...

If this judge thinks he can block Trump and Musk, the President needs to ban this judge from entering a Federal Building.

NY state, like other ratholes, does not have a justice system. It has a show trial, railroading, political, system that is worse than the Stalin horror. When an entire state has lost its justice system, that is a blatant threat to the entire USA. Somebody, in congress and the Supreme court, better wake up and put a lease on this political coup by the rats. If anyone, other than the NY gov and the NY judges tried to do what they and others around the country, have done for the past 40 years, they would be in gitmo.

Dig deeper, Elon. Gives us the goods on this judge. He has to be a bought and paid for grifter.

The one thing the Corrupt Judges did that is good: they gave DOGE another starting point because we know for sure where some corruption of the Judicial System is!

A judge sabotaging the law for corrupt political reasons is no different than a Gen. Milley talking to the Chinese behind the C-in-C's back. Punishment should be the same.

the fed branch of judiciary is not superior to the executive branch.
the treasury records are part of executive domain.
like every other ny greedhead, this over-reaching twit is a wanna-be gangster.
with more on the horizon.
rudy needs his own RICO DOGE to make ny honest again
and make the judiciary honest again.
