In a stunning and sweeping emergency injunction that has even stunned the people who demanded it, a Manhattan-based District Judge has just removed Secretary of Treasury Scott Bessent from his authority over the Treasury Department; blocked any political appointee from accessing records within the Treasury Department; blocked any “special appointee” of President Trump from records within Treasury; and demanded that all information previously extracted be destroyed. (snip) comes as a result of 15 (Soros installed) attorneys general , (snip) all filed suit in New York seeking to block Elon Musk and DOGE from access to information that would reveal how activist groups in their states

All done with no input from the Republican/administration, in secrecy. This judge must be removed, disbarred, and prosecuted.

Isn't it judicial over reach when the Secretary of the Treasury is banned from his own departments computer systems? Where does the judge get the authority to ban the elected and appointed Executive branch from doong their jobs while leaving unaccountable bureaucrats free reign to do whatever they want.

Another clear indication that the leftist and progressive Democrats do not want fraud, waste, and abuse that the so-called DC “deep state” has been perpetrating on the American people to be brought to an end. Who runs the Executive Branch of the Federal Government, the President of the USA who was elected by the American people, or some District Judge in New York City who most people across the country have never heard of who was nominated and confirmed by the leftist and progressive Democrats?

All U.S. Presidents are the sole embodiment of the Executive Branch. They have total Constitutional authority over every aspect - - over all personnel - - and over every piece of information within the executive branch.
No two-bit communist judge has ANY authority over the executive branch. President Trump should not only ignore this corrupt weasel - - he should tear up his orders - - and throw them in his face.
Commies are never short of colossal nerve.

Could have, should have, would have ... there no grounds for this. It is all speculation ... ex parte no less, stabbed in the back. Not a good why to bring a king down. If you are going to do that better to be sure in doing it. That's one tough dude you are messing with and he doesn't bluff. What does Bondi have to say about?
She needs to get this in front of the applet court on an emergency basis, and do it by phone. And move venue. And request sanctions. And file an ethics complaint.

There is no need toappeal any of this. The Constitution is crystal clear - - the President IS the executive branch - - and he has plenary power over its entirety.
The only thing AG Bondi should do - - is crash that commie judge's chambers - - and give him a good b-slapping.

This is where the Constitution provides the Congress with the authority and power to correct the ruling of this appointed for life federal judge. Even with the narrow Republican majority, the House should easily pass Articles of Impeachment. There's probably not 67 votes in the Senate to convict, but this is an excellent opportunity to force every Senator running in 2026 and 2028 to go record regarding this judge's abuse of his oath of office.

Monday morning, Trump should send 100 Police, in Riot Gear, to whatever Building DOGE will be working in that Day. Elon and his Team should enter the Building, shut the doors behind them and let the Police keep OUT anyone who demands entry! Then, I said it before, I will say it again, it's time to stop this cold. Either Pam Bondi steps in, or the Supreme Court should do it. One way or the Other, this has to be stopped. Judges should be warned they will be off the Bench if they try to stop Elon Musk. Trump's work needs to go on and nothing should stop it! Unless Trump wants to let this go on and on during his whole time in Office, he needs to lower the Hammer so those who plan to go after him day after day understand, Trump is not playing their game. He means business! They forget HE is the one who can take THEM down, not the other way around!

The supreme court will wave to decide if the Constitutionally elected Predent is in charge of the Executive or if unelected agencies are. This SCOTUS has already indicated how they stand on this issue and as soon as they rule, it's game over for the Left.
Bring it on! As soon as possible.

This is a direct fallout of the refusal of the Roberts court to rule on the Manhattan sentencing of President Trump and defer the decision to the appeals court. If they had defended the Supremacy Clause in the Constitution and overturned the hush money case, there would be no question that state judges can't do this.
Thanks again, Justice Roberts, for your cowardice under fire.

A district judge, huh? And who elected him? He's from a state that didn't even vote for Trump, so how can he be trusted to be impartial? Somebody needs to slam an injunction on him. I believe Elon has more than enough to destroy most of these folks even as they have a lot more work to do. I heard someone say that with AI it takes very little time to pull tons of information with data telling many stories and covering tons of angles. President Trump is extremely calm, too. He's as calm as he was during the campaign season. That should be really scary for all those grifters out there. What goes up must come down. It's time for their comeuppance.
