When you're the Democrats, and CNN is openly laughing at you -- and not just the inimitable Scott Jennings, who jokingly begged producers to roll the montage again -- that's probably not a great sign. A collection of opposition politicians gathered in DC this week to shriek into microphones about Elon Musk's efforts to reduce government waste. Cheered on by a their usual insta-crowd, a collection of activists and bureaucrats who can always be relied upon to drop whatever they're doing (or not doing) attend such 'rallies,' they inveighed against Musk, Trump, and other assorted enemies. Some of the attacks were vituperative, personal, and slanderous like shouting

Senate Democrats on Thursday delayed Kash Patel’s committee confirmation vote for a week. The far left is doing all it can to prevent Kash Patel from becoming FBI Chief. They know the truth is going to come out from the Comey and Wray years, and it terrifies them.
Democrats were able to delay the vote due to panel rules. Voting on Patel’s nomination was on the agenda for Judiciary Committee members, but Democrats requested it be held over one week.
It is the prerogative of a member to request such a move one time. A similar move was made on Attorney General Pam Bondi’s nomination last month.

USAID materials were found among weapons used by Hezbollah terrorists in Lebanon, according to a newly-released photograph.
Asher Fredman, a conservative policy analyst and peace advocate who also served in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) as a reservist during the recent conflict in Lebanon, posted a photo Wednesday of a USAID box he had found in a Hezbollah weapons cache: (X) The photograph, which has since gone viral, reinforces evidence published by Breitbart News in October 2024 that shows USAID materials among anti-tank missiles found by IDF soldiers after they defeated Hezbollah terrorists.
Breitbart News reported:

Bishop Mariann Budde, who famously criticized Trump during an inaugural prayer service, has been found to have pocketed a staggering $53 million in taxpayer funds through her organization, Episcopal Migration Ministries (EMM).
This bombshell comes as no surprise to those who see through the sanctimonious veneer of left-wing religious leaders who preach compassion while filling their coffers with public money.
Bishop Budde, during an inaugural prayer service at Washington National Cathedral, implored President Trump to show compassion towards vulnerable groups, including illegal aliens and members of the LGBTQ community.

In a time of growing distrust in institutions and blatant political double standards, the nomination of Tulsi Gabbard as Director of National Intelligence (DNI) has exposed the festering rot in America’s political and intelligence establishment.
Gabbard is a decorated combat veteran and former congresswoman. Once hailed as a rising star in the Democrat party, she has since been relentlessly smeared—from being labeled a “Russian asset” to even being placed on a terrorist watchlist during the Biden-Harris administration. These attacks aren’t just absurd; they expose how deeply politicized the intelligence community has become.
As DNI, Gabbard would oversee 18 intelligence agencies with a $70 billion budget. Her pending Senate confirmation—

One more bit of Biden administration lawfare is finally over.
Back in November 2021, the FBI raided the home of investigative journalist James O'Keefe, who was then with Project Veritas, and two other PV journalists, as part of a federal investigation into the alleged theft of a diary Joe Biden's daughter, Ashley, was storing at a rehab facility. Two people, Aimee Harris and Robert Kurlander, had obtained the diary and shopped it to Project Veritas. Even though Project Veritas spoke to Ashley Biden and she verified the diary was hers, they weren't convinced of its authenticity (thinking it might be an elaborate catfishing effort) and held off on publishing

On Wednesday’s “Alex Marlow Show,” host and Breitbart Editor-in-Chief Alex Marlow discussed some of the lefty reaction to Elon Musk.
While discussing Rep. LaMonica McIver’s (D-NJ) comments, Marlow stated, “We could never talk like that, we are at war, on the right. That would be called insurrection, that would be called calls to violence. … Is that not a call for Donald Trump to get assassinated? Is that not a call for Elon Musk to get assassinated? … Some people are really freaking out about DOGE pointing [out] the waste in the government and saying we’re shutting it down.”

The Department of State announced on Wednesday that United States government vessels would be allow to travel through the Panama Canal without facing “charge fees.”
In a post on X, the Department of State highlighted how, since U.S. government ships would no longer face fees, this would save the U.S. “millions of dollars a year.” “U.S. government vessels can now transit the Panama Canal without charge fees, saving the U.S. government millions of dollars a year,” the Department of State wrote.
The announcement from the Department of State comes as President Donald Trump has remained adamant about the U.S. retaking control of the Panama Canal. In December, Trump threatened to retake

I’m just going to get this off my chest: I’m not tired of winning. The second Trump presidency has filled the DC political elite with dread and terror as the Department of Government Efficiency, helmed by Elon Musk, is tearing through the capital, exposing the waste and fraud that’s entranced this city for generations.
This initiative uncovered a total media scandal: the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) subsidized Politico, NPR, Reuters, and The New York Times – funneling millions of taxpayer dollars to the outlets. The government is quite a sugar daddy, and we’re proud not to have one.

Democrats are quick to label President Trump and other Republicans as “threats to democracy,” but their latest proposal in New York poses a far more concrete threat to the democratic process.
Gov. Kathy Hochul, prodded behind the scenes by House Democratic Leader Hakeem Jeffries, is weighing a measure that would extend the timeline for special elections — just days before New York Republican Rep. Elise Stefanik vacates her seat to become ambassador to the United Nations.
The idea is to give a Democrat a better shot at replacing her while stymieing House Republicans — and it’s wrong.
A century-old law directs the governor of New York to call a special election

CNN’s Brian Stelter portrays himself as a media analyst, but more often than not, what he actually does is media defense.
Stelter sees almost everything through the lens of media vs. Trump, and in the case of the shocking new reports about the liberal outlet Politico receiving millions in tax dollars, he had a completely predictable take.
In Stelter’s view, the media is the victim here, because of course.
This clip of White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt talking about Politico got a lot of notice today.

Saudi Arabia and other Arab nations have publicly rejected President Trump’s plan to evacuate war-torn Gaza’s 2.3 million residents so the US can “take over” and redevelop the land.
But, they may come to support it in secret because it would finally solve decades of conflict and end Hamas’ iron grip, a former Israel-Palestine negotiator says.
Avi Melamed, an ex Israeli intelligence official who served as a senior Arab affairs adviser to Jerusalem, said Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Jordan are likely interested in Trump’s future vision for Gaza as a possible solution to their Hamas problem.
“I wouldn’t be surprised to know that in the back rooms, the Saudis, the Egyptians, the Jordanians,
