A male inmate who claims to be transgender filed a lawsuit Sunday against President Donald Trump, alleging that his constitutional rights have been violated after he was removed from a women’s prison in the wake of an executive order. The inmate, Maria Moe, who was housed at a female prison, alleges the order violates the Constitution and federal law because it “directly targets transgender Americans by attempting to deny them legal recognition under federal law and to strip them of long-established legal protections” and will deny transgender inmates “medically necessary healthcare,” according to the lawsuit. Trump signed the order,...

Comments:

So we need three types of prisons; one for men, one for women and one for none of the above.

You know, if say, all the racoons in the world started up--with guy racoons walking around like squirrels and wondering out loud "why haven't I got my period?!" and lady racoons going "I'm a manly racoon, gimme a beer!"-- the United Nations would declare it an environmental catastrophe and all the alphabet tv stations would be wall- to- wall- round- the- clock- symposia about what a calamity it is! and which oil company is most responsible? and should the shoot them after they sue them or before? But with people--it's perfectly natural.

Easy solution. If you are a guy and want to serve your time in a women's prison, you must complete the transgender surgery. If you object, you must be just playing dress up.

President Donald Trump issued a flurry of pardons for Jan. 6 defendants on Monday, however, a 72-year-old woman known as the “J6 Praying Grandma” has said she will not accept her pardon. A U.S. Magistrate Judge sentenced Rebecca Lavrenz to one-year probation — the first six months in home confinement without internet access — and fined her $103,000 in August after she was convicted of four misdemeanor crimes for spending about 10 minutes inside the U.S. Capitol Building during the Jan. 6 riot.

The world's biggest iceberg — a wall of ice the size of Rhode Island — is lumbering toward a remote island off Antarctica that's home to millions of penguins and seals. The trillion-ton slab of ice — called a megaberg — could slam into South Georgia Island and get stuck or be guided around it by currents. If it gets stuck it could make it hard for penguin parents to feed their babies and some young could even starve. Overall, however, researchers aren't too worried about major harm from the iceberg, named A23a.

The National Prayer Service at the Washington National Cathedral Tuesday was a disgrace to mainstream Americans. Still, it opened up an avenue for President Donald Trump to right this wrong. Episcopalian Bishop Mariann Budde had a chance to showcase America’s Christian identity. Instead, she turned her 15-minute sermon into a promotion of left-wing orthodoxy, which was unequivocally denounced by the American people when they reelected Trump on Nov. 5.
